I ordered a foldable pet bathing pool which showed a German Sheppard frolicking in the water. Dimensions 76 x 25. What I received was ridiculous - I couldn't put a rabbit in it. I have been scammed and I'm so pissed off at this company. I have requested a full refund - but I doubt I'll even hear from them! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Stay away from this company ...I was scammed of 34.88 -I was supposed to get a ROTATING CURLER They sent me a KIDS FLAT IRON THAT DONT WORK SCAMMERS!!

If I could give a negative 100 stars I would.Saw an ad on fb for what I thought was going to be a plastic detailed model of the space shuttle.Even the ad showed 2 guys taking it out and assembling and the model WAS plastic.However I just got it in the mail today and its a book with paper cutouts of the ship!35 fn bucks for that!Im trying to get my money back but by reading some of these reviews looks like I was scammed and I usually do research which pisses me off because I didnt this time.Bottom line STAY AWAY from this site.Shoulda known,nothing good comes from the chinese!

I brought men’s shorts from their online company. Never again! Material is very cheap.my size is waist 36. I want for XL 37-38 it was still snug on me if I kneel I am afraid to rip the shorts. This company is a scam company. The shorts never looked like it did in the ads. The pockets are not too deep. this company should be reported for false advertisement. I will never shop with this company ever again.

I ordered what was supposed to be a self-adhesive bra. When I tried it on, it was so small (nothing like the description and nearly took my skin right off! Not to mention it took almost three months to get it. They never mentioned they were in China, they said it was made in the USA! Now I have to wait for a refund!

SCAMMERS!!!!!! I ordered a magnet for fishing, the ad had a pic of a guy holding one that was at least 6" in diameter. The magnet I received isn't as big around as a quarter! $25 DOWN THE DRAIN!!! IM PISSED. I'll never do business with them again.

Certainly the WORST online store I've ever dealt with. It took almost three months, multiple emails, and escalation by eBay to receive my small order. Multiple emails saying that the item had been received by FedEx, only to actually show that they'd sent the shipping label information but not shipped the item. Excuses that between China and Covid-19, shipping was "slow" - while every other online retailer I dealt with delivered in days.

Never, never order from them again.

Appalling service-paid $37 for a hair trimmer - received a low quality different item.
To send back I have to pay £11!!
Avoid this terrible company.

Inferior products, inferior packing, exceedingly long delivery time. Poor customer service. Item received damaged and company has not done anything to rectify situation other than send with no follow-uplengthy emails

I ordered a 'double tennis trainer'. It didn't arrive until I contacted Paypal. Further more, it took another two weeks, having ordered it two months prior. (I ordered other items about the same time that arrived promptly.)
The item was no where near what I thought I would get, having viewed the video.
In addition, there were no instructions. Maybe I could have made it better? I couldn't think how it could be useful at all.
I went online to seek an address to return the product and receive a refund. A robot answered my original question but no further contact since then.
The item was cheap and very, very poor quality/unuseable, not fit for purpose. Not worth the $30 I paid(value would be near $5).
There are so many reliable producers in China. This is not one of them. Poor quality product, poor responses, poor delivery.
This company is a sham and a poor reflection on China. No one should order from them.

It’s a scam and a cheat! I order a premium hair trimmer for men and they sent a lady shaver with the packing all crushed

I too ordered from this company before I knew they were in China, I never got the order and after contacting them several times they came back and said they were out of stock, I contacted them again and asked for a refund if they couldn't fill the order, all they did was give me the runaround. I filed a complaint with PayPay and made them aware of it, PayPay contacted them and all of a sudden the items was in their warehouse and as soon as I cancelled my complaint with PayPay they would send it out. I refused to cancel the complaint and PayPal contacted them, the next day I got an email stating the order had shipped, I am still waitinng a month later, my advice is not to do any business with this company ever! I should have checked this company out before I ordered, my mistake. I will never order anything from China again.

I wish I had seen this.I ordered some light sticks for my children and have sent everything they asked for and got no response. I want to dispute this o my credit card and can't find the charge. Anyone know what the name of the business that it is charged to is?

Totally agree with others: Do not trust this site or company. They promised 30 day satisfaction guaranteed, no questions, full refund and now will not respond to many emails. I provided all the details and photos they wanted and got zero response. I used another email on their site and got a Mail Delivery Failure notice. They are not real and the products are inferior.

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this company. Never got my product. Its been 2months since I ordered my wipes.

I ordered 75% Alcohol Disinfection Wipes. I should have known better. I never received my order. Seems that the comments about this site are true.

A fool and his money are soon parted. I did not get the tool to put these microscopic sparklers on with. Totally useless without. Live and learn!

I ordered two packs of the tiny colored diamond but didn’t get the pins to put them on things. These are useless this way. Won’t order anything else from y’all if you don’t send me two of the pins used to put them on things wasted my money and my girls are upset about this.

DO NOT buy anything from this website. You are better off buying things off Ali express than this website.
I ordered 2 gold dog collars through a link that was posted on Facebook and 3 weeks later I received 2 cheap freaking fashion jewellery necklaces in rose gold colour. I immediately binned both.
