Chelston Outdoor Avis 

I bought some ski goggles and the adhesive came away on the sponge face protector.
I kept forgetting to get in touch but around 2 months after my return I emailed Chelston including pictures and they sent a replacement pair straight away. Excellent customer service.

The products I purchased were of excellent standard and arrived very quickly. With one product there was an issue but I was sent a replacement immediately. I was super impressed with the service offered and will certainly make further purchases in the future.

They do delivery worldwide. I had issues with the post office in my country. The email response by the customer service / sales department on all my queries was with an immediate effect. They were very helpful and polite. They even sent the product with tracking possibilities. At the end the product was delivered to me successfully and the quality of it was exactly as it was supposed to be.

They sent me the wrong item(towel poncho) It was cheaper and polyester rather than the branded cotton one I ordered and matched the brand of other items in the order.

I contacted them and they said I could return it for the correct item or they would refund me the difference. I felt I shouldn't have to go out of my way to repackage it and arrange to send it back when it wasn't my mistake in the first place. I would have liked for them to send me the correct item I ordered.

I asked for the difference (£1) to be refunded to save myself the expense and hassel or retuning it. I am disappointed that I do not have the item i ordered and instead feel I have been tricked in buying a poor quality polyester item :(

I found some sandals I wanted online, but was unsure of the size and called a landline, someone answered immediately and they went to their warehouse while I was on the phone and measured the sandals and came right back to me. I then placed the order online and voilà, my sandals have just arrived and the are a perfect fit thanks to the gentleman who went to the warehouse to measure… An excellent company! Thanks…

Excellent customer service. I purchased a pair of heated gloves a few months ago and one became faulty. CD asked me to return for inspection which I did, and within a week a brand new set of replacement gloves were sent. Many thanks for the prompt attention and resolution.

This is the second rash top I have purchased from this company. I was so impressed with the first one for my granddaughter that I decided to have one for myself.
It is a good design and fit. Very reasonably priced. I have not used mine yet but my granddaughter used hers daily while on holiday. It is very successful.
