ChemDry was recommended to me by a family member who knew I had been looking for a recommendation for a company doing quick dry carpet cleaning. I had been looking since moving into our home about 2 years ago and considered replacing the stairs and landing carpet which was an expensive one, not old but very stained and grubby. I also had a rug in the main living area which was included in the call out.
I spoke to Helen to book the service who booked my job in without delay. I was concerned that our requirement would not meet the minimum charge but no problem. Antonio came and first reviewed the size and cost of the area to be cleaned, he gave the cost which was accepted before starting the work.
He did a brilliant job getting the bad stains out on both stairs and landing. The carpet and the rug both looked like new when he finished. He was thorough and made no mess and left no mess when he finished.
Thanks to ChemDry and Antonio the cost of cleaning has avoided the need to replace an expensive carpet. Thank you ChemDry and Antonio, will certainly recommend to others and use in the future myself.

This company is unbelievable. I left a review last week and they replied to it twice.

The first reply was left at 5am and was AI generated and was copy and pasted with the wrong company info. All their replies to reviews here are AI generated!!!!!!!

A few days later the reply was edited and came from a real person signed "Management" In it among their lies they stated "I have listened back to the call recording" At no point I was told calls are being recorded. Businesses are legally required to tell you that they are recording according to GDPR laws. I am taking this futher.

This company lies, breaks the law and cheats. Worst experience I ever had with a company

I usually never leave reviews but felt I have to share my experience with this company. When I called I was given a price of €1500 and then I asked for a discount and it was €1200 but a couple of minutes later it was suddenly €1000. MAGIC! I think they just make up the prices.

The cleaners showed up 40 minutes early for the appointment and started to ring me non stop even though they knew I was traveling long distance and was on my way there. Then I told them I was going to be a bit late but when I got there they were gone!

Then I got more calls and texts later that day from them so I sent a complaint email informing them that their service is bad and I won't be using them. Shortly after I got a reply the length of a book from the managing director trying to justify what had happened but wanting to learn from the experience! This must be a common thing with them!

ALL I WANTED WAS CLEAN CARPETS and got nothing but hassle. Rang another company and got same day service with no drama at all.
