THEY HOLE BASE PART WAS NOT DRILLED IN THE CENTER MAKING LAMPS LOP SIDED AND COULD PROBABLY TURN ON SIDE IF YOU DON'T HOLD SHADE WHILE PULLING CHAIN TO TURN ON FIRST PULL ON CHAIN BALL AT END CAME OFF [CHEAP CHINESE JUNK[ $ 90.00 FOR THIS CRAP MY WIFE BOUGHT ME FOR CHRISTMAS ! "BEWARE OF THIS JUNK"

I wish I would have read reviews before…

I wish I would have read reviews before I got this mid value stand. 1st I Opened the packages and 2 of the screws from the shelves were already stripped out of the pressed wood. I was OK with thatAnd moved on. I want to put the decorative bar on the very top I'm sure it has a structural purpose but the predrilled holes do not lineup at all they are drilled higher than the holes existing understand itself. The question goes to Dewey ask for a new one to replace it or do we simply move on put it in the bathroom and do without that bar?

I did not receive the short extentions…

I did not receive the short extentions for on of my bar stools. Contacted to request replacement. Was told I would have contact the parts department. I was transferred supposedly but no one answered. My return calls to the company went unanswered. Pitiful. AVOID COMPLETELY.

I bought three adjustable bar stools

I bought three adjustable bar stools. I was missing lock washers and flat washers. On every page of the assembly sheets there was a note saying if you have damaged or missing parts to call xxx xxx xxxx for replacement. I called three times and left three messages, I never received a call back. I sent an email and got a response "sorry the part you need is not available. Really you don't have washers to send to a customer that didn't receive the proper amount! I was told to return it to the store I purchased it from. I bought them online and discarded the boxes and packaging. I am surprised this company is still in business and that Wal Mart handles their product. Very poor customer service.

They couldn't be bothered...

The assembly manual that accompanies the packaged product specifically instructs you to contact Cheyenne Products customer service for any issues and NOT to go to the retailer. So, upon informing customer service of the matter, here is the response we received:

"Thank you for contacting Cheyenne Products with this inquiry. Unfortunately we do not have this part available for replacement. We advise returning the item to the retailer to either do an exchange or to get a refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience."

So, potential buyer, make your own judgement.

Purchased a table/lamp online and had a problem with a 6” section of one leg. Per the warranty, which specifically asked that concerns be addressed thru their service department and NOT the vendor, I was informed parts were not available and advised to contact the vendor for a replacement or return. Nice little product—confusing and unhelpful service.

Purchased circle cutter C-3000GP

Purchased circle cutter C-3000GP. Was received without the cutter blade. The enclosed info asked not to return the product but to contact them at 1-800-737-5267 with the problem. Left a message twice over a 2 week period. No response to my problem. The also mention a web sight the doesn't exist. If you purchase this item be sure all the parts are there. You will get no help from them.

I received a bar cart with missing…

I received a bar cart with missing pieces so I reached out to the email provided on the slip. They responded saying they had no replacement pieces! How do you not have replacement pieces for a product you are selling, especially since it came to me WITHOUT them in the first place? When I emailed and asked for further assistance I was completely ignored. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Warning Will Robinson! Company Impossible to Contact in the Way They Wanted Us To.

Purchased a nice looking light from WalMart that was made by Cheyenne Products. It was a floor lamp that had a nice beaded shade. Last night, when the cat got the "Bedtime Rips" where she suddenly ran everywhere, she knocked it over on the tile floor and broke it. Despite the niceness of the lamp, I have to rate Customer Service of the company one star since I was unable to do no stars.

Their 800 phone number in their instructions, which we were instructed by the literature insisted we call rather then returning to the store, took me to a full mailbox and then hung up on me. I went online and sent a note via Contact Us. The font was so light on my PC that it was impossible to read what I wrote. I hope they can. I then went online and got their local number rather than the 800 number. I got that annoying voice that told me this number is no longer in service.

Just as I was getting ready to hit send, I received an form-letter email from Cheyenne Products informing me they have no replacement parts. Their defective 800 number that I mentioned was not addressed.

Horrible customer service (telephones)

Bogus company

Bought vanity set through Bed, Bath & Beyond. Set made in foreign country. Screws to attach legs to chair were too short. Purchased screws for $14 to make it work. Called the Cheyenne company customer service number. Bogus number. I contacted Bed, Bath and Beyond and urged them to frop this company as they are phony.

Stay away, bad products and customer service

My daughter received a vanity set for Christmas and upon opening to assemble it, the mirror was shattered and the vanity itself was covered in scratches. I took 6 attempts to contact their customer service number and I was told to return it to the store. The pamphlet enclosed with the product specifically states "it is not necessary to return the unit to the store where purchased... contact customer service to request parts..."I was informed the company itself would only be able to send new hardware for assembly and there was nothing further they could do for me.
