Exceptional service.
I bought some boxed items that I wanted to display so I wanted them in good condition. The packaging was excellent and the items were in perfect condition, best I have ever received. Delivery was also super quick as an added bonus!

Johnny, I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel, although this is the first time we've been made aware of any issue.
I’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking and can see that delivery was attempted twice but no one was available to accept it, so it now needs to be rebooked. When we dispatched your order, we emailed you a tracking reference that links directly to Royal Mail’s page, where you can also arrange a new delivery date.
If you need any further help, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.
Update: We’ve tried reaching out to you by email but haven’t had a response. To help move things along, we’ve gone ahead and asked Royal Mail to redeliver your parcel for you.

i bought from here, honestly as a second choice as amazon couldnt get the item to me gast enough, but im so glad i did because the delivery process was so fast, and the channels of communication were wonderful. i emailed after ordering asking about the time frame of delivery and i was responded to very swiftly and politely. he outlined the reasons why it wasnt dispatched straight away and explained the process which i really appreciate !! the clarity and professionalism from these guys is top top notch :)
not to mention the plushie i bought for my partner was VERY well received, and the plushie is very cute and high quality :D
