CIRCLE FASHION Avis 

I have shopped with Circle Fashion for a number of years now and they have always consistently been great. I use all the major retailers and I would certainly endorse Circle to be just as good as the likes of Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

Recently returned an item to Circle Fashion there was a delivery issue with Royal Mail special delivery not being able to deliver. Emailed Circle to let them know of delay as item was getting close to 14 day return period. Received a reply within minutes assuring me that everything would be ok and I would receive refund as soon as it arrived back. Item received back and refund returned back to my bank within 24hrs. Excellent customer service from everyone i spoke to at Circle.
Can highly recommend ordering from them.

First time buying from Circle Fashion. I was after a particular Paul Smith polo shirt, and found it at a very competitive price. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon, and the item was delivered the next day. Seemless experience, and I would definitely shop with Circle again. Highly recommended.

Went in store as I wasn't sure about the boots I was buying...as they're fairly local was worth the trip. Nice shop and friendly staff too

Bought a cap sent me used cap returned it back to them refuse to refund and also charging me to send hat back

So they want to keep cap and my money

I have to say I was sceptical purchasing anything from here after reading the negative reviews.. and the price was so much cheaper compared to other websites plus free delivery. I was impressed the delivery came the next day with DPD. I will be ordering from them again!

This is my first time buying with Circle Fashion and it definitely won’t be my last. I purchased a lovely Moose Knuckles jacket for a brilliant price - about £300 lower than elsewhere. Ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived today (Friday). Absolutely impressed with the price, the service and the delivery times.

Ordered a Belstaff jacket, but unfortunately made a duplicate order. This was resolved straight away by Max, and my original order was dispatched the same day. Always a great service from the guys at Circle! Thanks again!

Have been looking everywhere for a Moncler Campei jacket in my size - but not available anywhere - Found one on Circle Website and got 20% off which was great !! Brilliant jacket and quick delivery too.

I ordered a Givenchy shoes but unfortunately they were little big so i contact the support and they replied within 1 hour and they changed the size for me. next day delivery so the whole progress take 3 days so happy 100% will order more

Worst service ever, courier delivered my order with one item missing and demaged parcel box.I provided all evidence to CF Customer Service.They just ignored me and didn't offer any solution.I lost my money,very disappointed, never going order again!!

The ordering process was smooth and seamless. I received my order in a timely manner and the customer service representatives were superb. I must say was a little sceptical once I placed my order after reading some reviews. Don't know what the fuss is about great customer service top communication from Georgina.I will be ordering again soon

I did not initially leave a review for this company when I made my purchase, but I believe they deserve one. At the time, there were numerous negative reviews, and it made me quite anxious about receiving my order. However, I am pleased to report that the entire process was seamless, and my order arrived promptly and without any problems. Additionally, the items I purchased were offered at a very competitive price.

I ordered a CP Clothing hoodie for my son for Christmas. The thread on the pocket had come undone and caused a hole spotted on first wear! Neither Circle or CP Clothing would give us an exchange. This is a disgrace at the cost of £185, and to be accused of causing the hole too. We genuinely did not cause the defect and we are now out of pocket. Would never purchase from Circle, or CP Clothing. Scoring 1 score as there is nothing lower.

I ordered a gorgeous Moncler bag, super quick delivery & excellent communication & packaging. Thank you so much see you soon xx
