Really good online shopping experience, the site is easy to navigate and amazing products at good prices. I emailed Circle to check the sizing of a product and Georgina replied within 15 minutes the communication was superb, product arrived the following day. Highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful shops with amazing service in Huddersfield!! Yesterday I bought shoes off white and I was surprised because it always very hard to make decision for me, but there working very king staff that ready to help everyone.
There are also huge selection and frankly speaking it’s too hard to buy only one thing, so I couldn’t buy only shoes and I did purchase of excellent sunglasses new collections of Gucci. And I was so happy that the shop made me some discount. I absolutely recommend this shop and come back soon!

Terrible customer service! Don't use!
I brought a t-shirt of circle fashion paid £6 for delivery. It didn't fit so i sent it back for an exchange at my own cost which I knew. I then got a partial refund which was minus the £6 original delivery that I paid! I contacted circle fashion which they then told me that they didn't have the size I wanted to exchange me so have give me a partial refund. When I queried why i'd got a partial refund. They said the original delivery charge which I paid wasn't refunded they said they don't refund the original delivery cost. But nowhere in their return policy does it state this. When I emailed telling them this, they stopped replying to my emails. Should be in their return policy if this is the case! Reported to trading standards, will never use again!

All UK orders under £100 are charged £6 and customers are responsible for return costs should they change their mind. We only refund postage in the event of an error on our behalf. This is stated in our returns policy in the footer of our website. We shipped the correct item to you in perfect condition.

I do apologise you have been unhappy with the service provided. Your parcel was dispatched the following day via next day delivery, however unfortunately was taken to the local depot as no one was home. Due to the value of our goods we do not authorise parcels to be left in a safe place.
