Phoned up needing a new cable after being messed about by Henry hoover the company refusing to sell me a lead unless I buy from there distributer phoned citrus had my hoover back up a running in 10 minutes "no charge" the guy from technical support bob on with his knowledge of appliances

it is a dishonest company. You pay and they bring you bricks instead of products. And you remain without money and without products. Not recomend, look for another company if you don't want to lose money

We had an amazing service from Citrus…
We had an amazing service from Citrus Cleaning, very helpful staff, they were able to arrange delivery of a carpet cleaning machine for the next day first thing in the morning. Great range of products as well, would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I was very apprehensive to order from this website as I have never ordered them from them before however it is safe to say I have not been disappointed.
