I was recommended to use City-Clinics by a friend. I had a consultation with Ben who provided all the necessary information and was great on answering questions related to the procedure.
A week or two before the procedure I had a consultation with Dr. Mohamed. Again all the relevant information was provided and I was made to feel totally at ease and reassured.
On the day of the procedure I made my way to London and when I arrived at the clinic Dr. Mohamed and his team were very welcoming. The procedure took just over 6 hours in total and the team made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. At the end of procedure day I had a new hair line which was nice to see again. I’m only two months post procedure and I have a long way to go but the results look good already.
I would highly recommend Dr. Mohamed and his team at City-Clinics.

I had my hair transplant on the 29th June. Pleasant experience even though I was extremely nervous, everyone kept me calm and reassured me. We had a joke and a giggle through the process and I left satisfied with my new hair line. One thing about companies i get worried about is after care but with city clinics I messaged 10 days after my transplant and had an instant reply with the solution I needed. 2 days ago I contacted them again in regards to a 3 month follow up, within 10 minutes I had a response and mind was at ease that the hair is healing well. Highly recommended and I do tell everyone about this fab company.

Dr Mohamed and the team at City Clinics wrnt above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible before during and after my surgery, keeping in contact to ask any questions has been really easy too and i cant reccomend them enough.

I was highly impressed by the services of City Clinics. Dr. Mo was highly professional and reassuring, they made me feel safe and at ease. Everything was explained to me clearly through video call consultation, and when I visited the clinic in High st Kensington, dr. Mo explained more of what I should expect for my results. The procedure did take longer than I had anticipated (6.5 hrs) but in the end the results are worth it. It’s been almost 5 months since I got my 3000 grafts but the results are beginning to show. I am happy with the way my hairline is starting to look and will highly recommend if you are looking for FUE hair transplant in London .

Good experience, cannot comment on results yet as only 7 days post op. The transplanted area looks healthy although I was potentially expecting more grafts in the central area as previously discussed but like I said only 7 days post op so will come back in a years time to update. Actual transplant itself I was expecting Dr Mo to be present more as he was only there to make the incisions for around 30/45 minutes. The two technicians who were friendly did the majority of the work which I wasn’t aware of pre transplant. Like I said only 7 days have passed so will come back in 9-12 months for a new update

Dr Mo and his team done my hair transplant in March 2021. I’m now on the 6 month stage and I’m definitely overwhelmed with how it looks already and I’m only half way.

I have many people asking me who done my hair transplant and get so many compliments about it. Many of my Friends have gone abroad to save some money but most of them have had painful procedures, not good outcome and no aftercare communication. Personally I wouldn’t go aboard for a operation as you have no aftercare with your surgeon which I relied on a lot! Anytime I’d message Dr Mo with an enquire he would message back same day with an answer and also at the end of a phone call when needed.

I can personally say I was very scared and nervous to have this procedure but Dr Mo and his team made it easy for me. I can honestly say I had no pain at all when having my transplant done. I am looking to go back for my second transplant soon and I’m extremely confident Dr Mo and his team will give me a good head of hair!

A horrific experience. Please read before proceeding, I know how vulnerable and desperate people attracted to this procedure can feel. If you think "well its in London it must be good" " Its got the Harley Street name attached to it" .

I had my "consultation" with Amar (Ahmed) in the Harley Street healthcare office in Birmingham in June 2020. I had done some research before my consultation and was advised by numerous sources to have some things guaranteed at consultation. The conditions were:

1. The surgeon who performed the follicular extraction also performed the implanting. (A good hair transplant is an art and the surgeon is the artist, many "hair transplant surgeons" are not specialists at all and instead

2. That there would be single follicle implants at the front row of the transplant followed by doubles and triples. This is to avoid that terribly unnatural dolls hair look which is the signature of a lazy and bad hair transplant.

Both of my conditions were swiftly agreed to and guaranteed by Amar, he told me that the surgeon performing the extraction would indeed be implanting and that there would be singles at the front followed by doubles and triples.

I was quoted as needing 3000 grafts. After paying I was rather haphazardly called by Amar telling me that my "5 star surgeon" Dr Mohammed would be there to operate on me in London on the 26th August 2020. The clinic was on Kensington High Street in a basement under a herbal health clinic. I was disappointed and alarmed by the appearance of the clinic initially. It was small and dark, not what you'd imagine of a hair transplant clinic at all but the front of house staff were very nice, namely Subz and Jey came across as very kind, intelligent and accommodating people. They put me at ease and I had my assurances anyway so how bad could it turn out?

I met with Dr Mohammed who seemed like a gentleman initially and i decided to proceed. I had my assurances. I had paid for 3000 grafts. Dr Mohammed began the follicular extraction and everything seemed to be going well, until the follicular extraction finished and Doctor Mohammed left the room to be replaced by two technicians, violating the first condition made by Amar(Ahmed) before the sale. But what could I do now? I was anesthetised and shirtless on an operating table with thousands of grafts extracted and a bleeding head. I had no choice really, but to allow the procedure to continue and hope for the best.

The technicians seemed friendly and both told me they had many years of experience so I was hopeful again, although the procedure was completed VERY quickly, extraction included I was in the clinic for less than 4 and a half hours total. Alarm bells.

I was a mess upon leaving the clinic, swollen and bleeding. It did seem exceptionally messy and rushed when compared to the YouTube vlogs id seen of people having the procedure done.

All that was left to do now was wait.

I had no calls from either Harley Street Healthcare or City Clinics following my procedure. I did reach out a few times when i spotted early worrying signs. Correspondence wasn't great or prompt from Amar( Ahmed) or Doctor Mohammed. I asked on four separate occasions to have the actual number of grafts I had received confirmed by Dr Mohammed. He never got around to responding. I waited for the results.

The Results:
It became clear by the time the results had grown in that the second condition had been violated too. The results of the hair transplant included incredibly gappy implants that had many individual follicles in each graft site ( one has 12 hairs in which is terrible practice). Many multiple hair grafts were put at the very front leaving a comically artificial look. It would honestly be better to go bald in my opinion. The conditions I had explicitly agreed to before sale were completely violated and I was left scarred and out of pocket as a result. No party has taken any responsibility.

Strongly recommend you avoid

Was really bad experience before the experience everything was good after getting ot done no after care doctor does not respond back wish I never went their

Had a hair transplant last year, results are amazing, currently having PRP treatment at moment, Dr Mo was really friendly and staff were great, cannot fault them. Will be having more treatments in future.
