Amelia and team have been fantastic from start to finish. My purchase was never straight forward and simple but the team remained professional and guided me through every step. Even post completion when questions were raised they helped resolve everything they could so I was as stress free as possible.

Staircasing
CJHC solicitors represented us when we staircased to 100% ownership of our house.
Communication was always very quick and efficient and although our seller's solicitors seemed very incompetent and therefore delayed the process unnecessarily we felt that CJHC were very professional and supportive.

We owned the leasehold, bought the freehold and then sold the freehold of a residential property.
We have bought and sold properties over the years as buy to let landlords and NEVER have we been kept informed like how Kimberley kept us constantly updated and we really knew that she was working for us helping to pull together a difficult chain when CJCH were ready to complete months before the chain caught up. Sarah Evans and Emily Harding were fantastic
Sarah Evans and Emily Harding were fantastic in dealing with my mother’s flat purchase. They responded promptly to emails and often even answered the phone themselves. If busy, someone on their team took a message and my calls were always returned. They spoke in clear, plain terms and were flexible in sending hard copies when my elderly mother requested these instead of emails.
I cannot really rate them highly enough. I only wish that we had asked them to help with our sale too - our London solicitor was exhausting in her inefficiency!

Professional and prompt to respond to emails

Carly Ellis was assigned to us for the process of writing wills for my husband and I and my elderly parents. Carly's expertise was 2nd to none. She was incredibly patient with us and my parents, explaining thoroughly all the options available to us and how the different aspects within the wills would benefit it us as sole survivors and our children once we both passed. First time buyers - 10/10 service!
Being first time buyers, we didn’t really know what to expect from the process, and were very much anticipating similar to the horror stories that everyone loves to share. Thankfully we had excellent service from CJCH throughout and couldn’t recommend them more. Really happy with the service…
Really really happy with the service CJCH SOLICITORS have provided. My case file was handled by Sarah Evans and towards the end of completion Amelia Hunt. Sarah always kept me up to date, provided me with all information, all the searches etc she sent over swiftly. She answered all my enquiries via email very quick responses I received, she helped us with a property purchase at first which then fell through because of us and that was due to an incompetent mortgage adviser at TSB. When I told Sarah about this she was understanding, when we managed to find another property, she was happy to take on the case and act on behalf of us and started right away with it. Glad we went with CJCH SOLICITORS will be using them again in the near future. I did find their prices reasonable compared to the quotes I was getting.
