From the very first day to the last, Lee and Craig where the most professional tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure to complete work in our house, when they said they would be here a 09:00 they meant it, we are sure they sat outside the house until exactly 09:00 before they knocked on the door.

They both worked to exceptional high standards and should be considered a huge asset to Cladwise, they made sure that at every stage of the installation that we were happy with what they where installing, if fact Lee had some great advice on the way the wall tiles should be installed, nothing was a problem even when I kept pocking my head in to check, they both left the bathroom and in fact the whole house neat and tidy ever night (Even left us a working WC ever night)

The final fully installed bathroom is beyond what we expected, in fact everyone that has seen it are now considering having their bathrooms updated (With Cladwise we hope)

Todate, we have no problems with the bathroom and to be honest we don’t expect any issue going forward, this is testament to the standard of Lee and Craigs work ethic and very high standards.

Used Cladwise to refit bathroom at Holiday Let. Bathroom was fitted by Wayne and I can’t fault the quality of the installation.

What an amazing experience we’ve had from Cladwise Bathrooms! From lovely Tim, who came out and did a fantastic job of measuring up, giving advice and suggestions, then pricing our quote, to Shelly and Kelly in the showroom, who spent ages showing us options and helping with the final design. Nothing was too much trouble - I added items mid-fitting and changed my mind about a niche at the last minute (nightmare customer!) but they were brilliant about it and made all the changes super quickly. Our fitter Ryan was phenomenal - a one-man machine, who completed the remodel to an exceptionally high standard. He checked in with us about positioning of furniture and the shower heads, made changes for us along the way and brought his sunny disposition and singing for five days of hard graft. We couldn’t be happier with the final result - it’s everything I envisaged and more. This company is a rare find in the bathroom industry - honest, accommodating and reliable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bathroom renovation.

Initially we were really pleased with Tim ( manager ) , he came to our home, very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy.
Design and materials were very good,
Everything went wrong the 1st day of installation.
Ralph was our installer, he left early on his first day, leavinng a radiator valve leaking, I got in from work at 22:45 hrs , kitchen ceiling soaking wet, stained, I had to correct his mistake before kitchen ceiling fell in.
2nd day, No apologies, Ralph continued working, having another two episodes of water leaking into kitchen.
Ton completing the job, I came in from work, Furious at the finish he had left our bathroom...
Silicone city, damaged cladding he tried to cover with silicone, gaps between joints, badly finishe ceiling, glue on flooring.
On contact with Tim, he came to inspect the job, his face could not hide his reaction to the poor workmanship.
Tim promised to rectify the faults, redecorate the kitchen ceiling, make sure we would be happy with final finish.
Different lads attended twice, they did replace/repair some of the faults, however, still leaving numerous others, NO mention of decorating ceiling.
After numerous emails, No response from Cladwise, leaving bathroom unfinished.
Thankfully, I refusrd to pay any labour costs until finished.

Quality of products are really good, just find other installers DO NOT use cladwise

Charge you a fortune for cheap rubbish fittings that fall apart in weeks. High turnover of fitters who are outsourced then leave the company. Cladding boards incorrectly fitted so that shower tray is subject to a lifetime of leaks. Very poor after care and service. Avoid!

Not really sure how they have so many positive reviews on fb maybe they don’t post the bad ones. Initially really happy with the customer care and advice however once the work was complete there were a lot of snags. Paid the fitter but no inspection from owners, bathroom left dirty, silicone shocking, panels left with silicone all over even after owners came out ‘to re do’. Communication following installation almost none existent and made to feel a nuisance when calling up for advice. Started to get arrogant in their responses and accusing us of saying things to the fitter about them which was untrue, wish I could post photos on here but can’t see a way. Given a pittance of compensation to have someone else come and put the work right.

Ordered some wall panels then the following morning recieved an email stating a refund with no explanation as to why.

The process of selecting our new bathroom and the installation including the removal of our existing bathroom taking only three days, was commendable and efficient. The final result was everything we had hoped for, and for that, we were initially delighted.
However, our satisfaction was marred when, a mere four hours after the installation was completed, we experienced a substantial water leak that led to water pouring through our ceiling downstairs. To stop this, we contacted an out of hours plumber which cost us £200 (Cladwise were closed as this time) The plumber attributed the issue to the repressurising of the water system during the installation, which caused the taps on the return valve of our water tank to fail.
Contact with Cladwise the following morning quickly arranged a repair that afternoon and it was completed without any issues
Subsequently, I emailed Cladwise to request consideration for the reimbursement of the £200 call-out fee to stop the leak, I had not even highlighted the damage caused by the leak. After more than a week without any response, I finally received a reply from Tim, the Director of the company. Regrettably, Tim's response was aggressive, patronising, and dismissive in tone. He stated that the company would not cover any expenses unrelated to their work and alleged that the leak was pre-existing. Furthermore, he expressed disappointment that I had not been charged for the repair, implying that he would have done so had he attended personally. I found his email and tone to be appalling, and shocked that this person represented the company.
Upon challenging Tim's email, he reiterated that the company would not be held responsible for expenses he believes was unrelated to their work and intimated we were trying to use his company as a scapegoat for expenses. His tone and responses in these communications was unacceptable and left a bitter impression which has overshadowed the otherwise flawless involvement we had with the company up to then. We initially had been considering further work in the house with Cladwise, but due to the behaviour shown by their director, we will not be using or recommending anyone to engage with this company based on his behaviour.

Fantastic bathroom transformation in 5 days. Superb fitters, Alan & Craig. Refurb to an outdated bathroom to a relaxing & tranquil space ..Amazing finish, huge thanks to you both & thanks Kelly, Tim & Shelly for all your support.. Highy recommended, you will not be disappointed .

First time customer with Cladwise bathrooms and I cannot praise them enough! Fantastic service from start to finish, including Emma in the showroom to the professional fitters Richie and Paul. I was kept up to date at every point of the work and no job was too small. Their work was clean and tidy throughout. I cannot recommend this company enough if you want a high end, beautiful looking bathroom.
