Clapham Construction Service Avis 

Absolutely excellent service. We used Clapham Construction service to build and decorate our new loft extension & the work cannot be faulted. They should be used as the benchmark for these works. I have developed 5 properties, and this is the first time I have used them…. It will not be the last. They are the best I have used in the past 10 years.
Highly recommended.

Clapham Construction Service came to my rescue magnificently after I was left - literally - without a roof over my head by a rogue roofer. I had been given a quote to have my roof stripped, felted and retiled by a roofer who said he had worked down the street and saw my roof needed work. My neighbour who was having their loft completed by Clapham Construction said he would speak to them…. It turns out that the guys I was using were charging 5 times the going rate and quoting for additional work that was not needed.

After calling them their team threw the roofers off my property and covered the roof, 3 days later I paid them to do the works which were completed in 5 days and cost me a fraction of the original quote. Clapham Construction even helped me report them to trading standards.

I can definitely recommend those guys for loft conversions. They built my loft in 7 ½ weeks and I had all windows in house changed as well. They were prompt answers to my questions and they were always helping me with the decisions. Great value for money.

We were attracted to Clapham Construction after seeing one of their client’s videos on Facebook. We contacted them and went to see the same loft conversion in the flesh. We liked the full service offering and we were not disappointed. The project was managed very well by first Paul and then Dangis. Paul has exemplary customer service skills and acted as an effective intermediary between us and all aspects of the build. The works were undertaken efficiently and to a high standard. We were very struck by the level of hard work shown by the contractors. All of the builders worked as quietly as possible and were respectful of our home and elderly mother. We have already become an advocate for their services.

I can't say enough good thıngs about clapham constructıon servıce. The teams and owners are brıllıant. I work ın fınance and travel between here and France monthly so I am not around much.We just had a lıttle one and we were recommended by some frıends who had theır loft done ın Battersea by these guys. We choose on the basıs on prıce and our frıends... we were not dısappoınted. Don`t hesıtate our loft looks great and they were really flexıble wıth our cırcumstances

I was lookıng for a desıgn and buıld contractor who knew the job as ı am too busy to run a loft and extensıon project… but needed the space. My frıends and neıghbours advısed agaınst usıng some of the bıgger specıalısts as they take on a lot of work and obvıously ıts hard to delıvery servıce lıke that. I found clapham constructıon servıce and they provıde prompt answers and a good prıce. Really ımpressed wıth the owners/project managers approach and communıcatıon… even when thıngs went wrong they were quıck and professıonal. Thank you for the job… I wıll be recommendıng you to anyone who asks!!!!

These guys are the best. I have used a few "big companies" in the past and now only use these guys. Lots of experience, hands on owners who are on site everyday that actually communicate with you. The price was fair and the service the best. The did my recent development, 3 flats inc. Extension and Loft conversion for renting. They even helped me save money on suppliers and on design.
I would recommend them over "larger" businesses where your just a number and a bank account.

After much consideration and around 4 quotes, we decided to appoint Clapham Construction Service to do our loft conversion after meeting them last. We were extremely happy their knowledge and it was great to meet the director who actually managed the project for us. We were delighted with the outcome and finish. In fact, after seeing our completed loft, we have started a planning application for our extension along with our neighbours.

The other reviews explain everything that you need to know. I’ll just say from my perspective what I’ve read is true, you get what they say you get, we are really pleased, and we would recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish from CC service. Perfect quality we couldn’t be happier. Our manager was great keeping us up to date every single week and did great job finishing a great new room in a loft at such short time.
Our final cost was as close as possible to the Estimate.
We did have to alter few changes but they were helpful with all the changes we needed to implement and always made aware of any cost difference before we went ahead and made the changes.
I would definitely recommend CC Service to all my friends.

Great quality, and kept to timeline. Clean workers, and did not create much mess considering the work carried out. I would recommend them over others I looked at. I researched and had quotes from a couple of other companies, but Clapham Construction were one of the best priced and appeared to have the best finish, (I was able to see some examples of other jobs they had completed).

A very honest and professional service. They really know what they are doing and don't mind going the extra mile. They are really reliable and the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
