Better Life Avis 

Good product, but the price is pretty high, even with discount. Wish I could use PayPal, that would have made it faster.

I have been a diehard Better Life fan for nearly 10 years now. I loved their products, but this company has been going drastically downhill in the last couple of years. I went to place my annual Black Friday order this year, and out of the nine products I wanted to order, eight were out of stock! They don't answer emails and have excuse after excuse, when you call. They say their products are in such high demand that they're always out of stock; Then make more product! Also, in the last 2 years, my orders were always delayed, and then damaged when they finally arrived.

I will be finding a different company to purchase from, until this company improves themselves back to where they were 10 years ago.

I love the products. However, availability has been a problem. Please keep your products available on your website and don't force people to buy through Amazon.

Great presentation of products. Quality products that are better for us and the environment. I like the options and price breaks for package deals and “bulk” refill sizes.

I like Better Life products, but my favorite thing is the toilet bowl cleaner, which is not available, according to your site. It would have been nice to know why and whether they will be in stock at some time in the future.

Love the products (esp Wood Cleaner) but the sizes I need are generally out of stock. Waiting 3 months for gallon sizes of the wood polish, granite/stone cleaner, and stainless steel cleaner. Still unavailable.
Aggravating. I don’t want to buy small bottles, I need refill gallon sizes.

I feel like each time I go to order something, the items I want are not in stock. This is typically with two pack items when really I am just selecting two of the single item and paying more money for it. I wish that you could get the same discount if you placed an order of two quantity as with a two pack item when all of your two packs go out of stock so frequently or that the two packs would be stocked at a higher allotment so I didn’t run into this issue whenever I try to shop.

I used to be a loyal customer of Better Life but since all of their laundry products are out of stock, I have had to start shopping elsewhere. I bought their dish soap this time, but I honestly think this will be the last time I will buy from this company. I have been waiting months for the laundry products to be back in stock. Not anymore.

I wish some things were still in stock! Otherwise, I absolutely love the products. The web experience was ok.

Order #206236 I did not appreciate that as soon as I placed order for 15% off another offer was made at 20% off. The shipment arrived moments ago & one of the hand soaps had leaked into the bag. Not as impressed with service as I used to be. Although I love the products I’m beginning to wonder if it’s worth it.

I love this floor cleaner it smells great works great and does not create any allergies for me. Ordering is a little bit difficult. I’m also disappointed that I can’t get the larger sizes for refill as my house is very large
