Where to start......Absolute robbing bastards! STEER CLEAR
Firstly having to deal with a house fire and losing pretty much 95% of our contents is stressful and distressing in itself. Selected what I believed to be a genuine, trustworthy company who I was charged nearly £4k for a "DEEP CLEAN" to be done. What a JOKE! Constantly having to chase STEVE for information, Went in after the first day of clearing and decontamination, yes, they cleared everything as asked and as expected, the cleaning, well, after 2 visits and I had to complain to get them back again as they had stated oh its all been done, I went round and videod the house, sons bedroom still covered in soot, still had cobwebs so no hoovering or HVAC had been done, which is what was expected. After 2 visits, 8 wks after, the house is still sooty and dirty! Certainly don't recommend these people who claim to be professionals! STEER CLEAR! Wish I had never come across their details and instructed them to carry out the job.

Well I used them once before and had problems with them not telling me they wanted a deposit before coming out . Second time I asked all about payment and he said it would be invoiced latter.come the day for the clearance no one turned up . Ok thinks did I book it for Wednesday . No one turns up and no contact avoid at all costs £630 for a day
