Will and Click&Go, perfect for all Cruise options
This is my 2nd time to book a cruise with Click&Go and both times I have dealt with Will Walsh. This time it was a group booking and I was nervous booking for everyone, but Will took the pressure off me, and truly sorted it all for us. He is always at the end of the phone or an email, to answer an query or question. Would highly recommend Will and Click&Go, for any future cruise bookings.

The lady I dealt with was very helpful and answered all my questions and was very reassuring on my queries on Hotel and Airline issues .
I had a query on payment which was responded and sorted very promptly by the Accounts Department.
I have booked my holidays through Click and Go for a number of years now and would have included Sun Holidays and City Breaks and I have never had any problems when I arranged my Travel with them

Charlene was very helpful to me today
Charlene was very helpful to me today. Ryanair changed my flights which meant the holiday I’d planned would not work anymore due to the early departure time! Charlene was able to move me free of charge to even better flight times then I had before.

Resolved Customer Care issue. Good trip.
Nice trip but one issue that was ultimately resolved.
I had spoken to a staff member a week prior to going on the trip saying that I wanted a hotel with a pool. However, when we arrived, the pool was closed for the season. I contacted Customer Care through the message centre and they asked about when I booked the trip. I advised them of the timing and that was the last that I heard fr
om them despite multiple attempts to contact them while on holiday.
To be fair Customer Care did contact me after returning and apologised for the lack of response and recognised that they have an issue with the processing of the Message service at the time.
Nice hotel and enjoyable trip overall.

Great service!
I have booked with Click and Go a few times now and always find they provide a great service! The staff were very nice to deal. They were helpful in getting all my questions answered before going ahead with a booking. I also like the convenience of being able to make payments via the portal over time.

My holiday is due on 12th of Oct and don't get paid until 18th and when i rang a lovely girl called Gillian just to push out final payment until the 18th there was no hassel whatsoever.Always get great service from Click and Go.Nothing never seems to be a problem.I love booking my holidays with Click and Go.
