Booking experience
Everything in relation to the booking went well until I checked my bank and there was no deduction made. Went back to the web again and there was a message indicating C&G had problem accessing the airline. Rang the company, thro the number listed. Spoke with Sonya who sorted out the problem swiftly and concluded my booking.

The cruise that i booked was very well …
The cruise that i booked was very well organized though it was difficult at times to get hold of staff whom you particularly would want to speak with but it wasnt that a big problem as the other staff were very helpful when contacted. The only problem on the flights from air canada was seats were already alloted and it would be great that these airlines staff would consider placing senior passengers on aisle seat as they often go to the bathroom. The 4 of us were all in middle seats finding difficulty to move especially when a need arise badly. Jodie, Aaron were super helpful to us in meeting our cruise great and smooth. Very well appreciated.
