Usually it is very straightforward
Usually it is very straightforward, but this time due I was told to a computer glitch, the costing kept changing. It was necessary to bring in Will to sort it out. Also the only way to receive the holiday details, was to log into the site and find the details that way. Although having checked with Ryanair, I know the booking was made with them, I have received no confirmation from them. Rather less than usual great service.

I find Click&Go easy to deal with. The staff are very helpful, nothing is a bother to them.
I like that they are an Irish company and fairly priced.

Even though I had to wait for about 10minutes for someone to answer the phone when Nikita attended to me she was so helpful and explained everything clearly. She also gave me plenty of time and was warm and friendly.
