Basically I never got my order !!! DPD never supplied me with an access pass or QR code !!

I always say you should judge a company on how they react when things go wrong, so here it is...

I've used ClickNDrink for a while as part of a wider attempt to not use a certain rainforest named website. The prices are reasonable and the delivery has always been spot on until now.

I made an order, which was larger than usual and it ended up being in two boxes. The delivery company DPD sent a message saying it was on it's way, but then when I checked it said it was being returned to sender. Then I received another email and a box turned up which contained some of the items but some things were missing.

This is where I have my first small gripe, I'm not convinced the message functionality on the website works as I sent a message and received no confirmation that they'd received it. Ended up emailing and got a pretty swift response and the missing items were resent (seemingly one of the boxes had been damaged in transit, or dropped by DPD probably!). Can't fault the response once I got in touch with someone though.

Only other gripe I have is the website. I find it incredibly clunky to use, especially the one where you can get your own case of wine. There's also odd bugs like the add to bundle button not appearing until you refresh the page. Not a deal breaker though.

In conclusion I'd highly recommend this company.

Placed order DPD for some reason didnt deliver it and sent it back to the Cick N Drink. I contacted Click N Drink who sent a bottle out the next day with DPD who this time delivered my order

Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and was delivered on the Wednesday so a speedy delivery service. Will definitely order again.
