Excellent house clearance service
Another excellent house clearance (the third one required at this particular property). Everything was done exactly as requested. The men were on time, friendly and helpful - could not ask for more.

All great to hear, thanks.
Planning ahead
I was moving to a flat which required a lot of work done therefore it was a case of putting all my stuff in the one room.
I think I should have asked the removers to make certain items accessible. Another time I would know to do this. So maybe it would a good idea if removers storing items as I requested might alert the customer to the possible need for access and ask them 'is there anything you think you might need access to'.

We welcome all feedback so thanks for getting back to us, we will report this back to your branch. If a customer has requested access to items while they are in storage we usually ask them to make us aware at the time of survey.

So far very pleased…
Everyone I have dealt with at Clockwork has been great. Professionalism and price gave us confidence in selecting them for our removal. Eric, Lucas & Cammy were brilliant in getting our stuff loaded into storage with care and attention. I hope the same team are doing the move out of storage into our new East Lothian home. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re moving house.
