Clockwork Removals and Storage - Sheffield Avis 

We recently used Clockwork to move the contents of our house into storage.
They were able to provide an extremely competitive quote at very short notice. The office staff we dealt with were very friendly, helpful and professional.
This could have been a very stressful experience but the 3 removers who came on the day were punctual, professional and friendly and everything went smoothly. They got the job done in a very calm, efficient manner and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Removal guys were excellent. However I was penalised because the house I was moving into didn’t vacate until 2:15pm although I can see why this is necessary in that a delay to the removal guys could mean they have to work late and thus be paid overtime. However the removal guys came at 8:15 (earlier than we were told) and left at 16:15. This meant we used them for 8 hours so I don’t see the need to charge me £150 due to the delay caused by the people vacating the house we moved into. The lady at clockwork wasn’t helpful at all and adamant we should pay. My advice is to ready the small print and better still don’t use these guys at all

Punctual, hard working, careful. Not the cheapest but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Tom and Luke were brilliant throughout. I had loads to move and splitting it between storage and new house meant it could have been a nightmare. Only two boxes ended up in the wrong place. Tom was absolutely brilliant and managed to navigate a large truck between two trees with no room for error. Nothing was too much trouble. He even helped me put a door back on as it needed to come off to fit a bed in the room above the garage. Thanks so much to all your team. Kelly and Alice in the office were great too!

I cannot fault the service I received from Clockworks Removals. From obtaining a quote right through to moving, the staff were excellent. A really friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend the organisation.

Clockwork Removals have provided an excellent service from start to finish.. Kelly in the office was always very prompt at replying to any email correspondence with clear and concise replies. We had to put back our moving date a couple of times and the process of doing this was seamless. On the day of moving the team of 4 and their 3 vans arrived to what was a tricky access due to limited space and cobbles! They just got on with the job with no complaints - in fact they were in great spirits and worked brilliantly as a team. Nothing was too much trouble. We managed to get our keys quite early and they were more than happy to carry on working to get us in asap. So to summarise I would highly recommend this company for your house removals. Well Done Clockwork :)

We were happy with the service provided from the quoting and information stage to the guys who moved everything on the day. Everyone we spoke to was helpful in answering our queries and organising what we needed. On the day the guys were absolutely fabulous. Such cheery positive attitudes whilst carrying and manoeuvring all of our furniture and belongings! They kept us smiling and were very efficient in their work too. We are glad we chose Clockwork and would highly recommend them!

A reliable,efficient company with staff that make the move, as stressful as it is, literally go like clockwork. The office staff are helpful and reassuring and the lads on the day were amazing. Both me and my elderly mum, separately, have used the Sheffield branch to move from Derbyshire to Greater Manchester. I would highly recommend them.

Thankyou so much, for the team at clockworks. I was left with a hefty bath on my drive that needed transporting up a flight of stairs. Jade was so understanding with the issue l had and promptly forwarded me a very reasonable quote. Lee and Joe who were very friendly and were really patient and careful when moving the bath on the steep stairs and narrow turnings. They made the whole process stress free. I absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. A lovely experience overall.
