Clouvider Limited Avis 

I have been with Clouvider for approximately 6 months now. In that time I have noticed the network is rock solid reliable, the hardware excellent and the support is nothing short of top notch.

The one time I contacted support was when I switched ISP and my routing to Clouvider was not as nice as it was before. In less than half a day Dom had liased with the transit provider for my new ISP and between them sorted out the routing issues that had been introduced.

Honestly cannot fault Dom and the team and Clouvider.

I've had dedicated servers with Clouvider since mid-2018 and overall I've been really impressed. They aren't a large company (yet) but they are growing steadily. The servers they provide are good quality if a little on the expensive side. I'm happy to pay that though as the support has always been excellent.

The best services so far and we are working with more than other 50 companies. A++++

An excellent experience. Fast commissioning of our new server. Great network speed with quality hardware, My hesitance to bring my hosting back to the UK quickly vanished. Can't comment on customer support yet as I have had no reason to get in touch (A win to say the least!) Easy to use customer portal that pleasant on the eyes! Top marks!

Clouvider provide a premium network and fantastic support at very reasonable prices.

Their support are consistently polite and helpful. During my year as a customer, I've only experienced one short partial downtime (which only affected customers on a single small UK ISP - the server was reachable from everywhere else), and it was fixed within a couple of hours, with service credit issued without me asking.

They clearly pay attention to using quality hardware and making sure their network is performing well. I can always max out the 1Gbps port on my server if needed (e.g. for backups), and I haven't noticed any congestion in their network, even at peak UK times.

It's great to see them expanding to the USA and continuing to offer great prices there.

We moved to Clouvider a few months ago as our previous provider was no-longer able to provide us the level of support we needed. We've operated our own dedicated servers for almost 10 years as a web development company and have used 6-7 different hosting companies during this time. The level of support offered and the speed in which any support related queries or issues are resolved is outstanding, and far exceeds that of any other company we've used. The team are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. I look forward to a continued working relationship with the guys at Clouvider!

The very very very best!

I ordered a dedicated server with these heroes during their Black Friday sales with some pretty annoying requests. While I realize they were very busy delivering all the orders, the waiting time was very reasonable and even humbly apologized for and compensated. A really nice gesture for something they did not even cause! Dominik and his colleagues were very responsive whenever I have had questions/issues. I now have a really top-notch performant server for a 'nickle and a dime'. I have fallen in love, and hope you do so too...

Clouvider has a good reputation in general and were on my radar for a long time, but so far they only had a London location, this is why I never was a customer. Since they opened their Frankfurt location some days ago I signed up immediately and so far the support and experience is very good.

Servers were deployed faster then promised and everything is running stable and very well. I don't have any long term experience, but so far everything is looking good. Pricing is also very competitive.

Only negative point so far is their buggy Hostbill system that they use to manage support tickets, billing, etc. – since this has nothing to do with the actual services, servers and support the overall rating is still worth 5 stars.

If you are looking for a reliable hosting solution then I'd recommend Clouvider. My previous hosting providers customer support was poor and took 12-24 hours to reply but Clouvider replies to my queries in minutes!
They also offer a free directadmin licence which I found very appealing to keep my costs down.

They're willing to comply as much as possible even with our non-standard service requirements :) There was good cooperation during service setup. Stable and good quality network.

Great servers, great network w/ ddos protection, and fantastic support. I've worked with hundreds of hosting companies and none of them can beat Clouvider. Having a company actually care about your business is refreshing and rare nowdays. They will always have my business.

I honestly don't believe these reviews are legit and think they must be a lot of friends and family of the company. They seem like a small mickey mouse operation. I never once got through to a person on their phone lines in over 10 attempts. They were waaaayyy slower to deliver the server than any other server company I've ever used and their services were not up to the standards I've had at other companies for cheaper. When I had issues with it their customer service rep had a teenage style hissy fit. Never again, what a waste of time!

Clouvider and it's CEO Dominik are one of the most professional service providers I've ever met in the hosting industry. I have been a B2B customer to a lot of different providers (20+) for dedicated and virtual servers in the last years, but Clouvider easily made it into my (very few) personal favorites.

They understand perfectly how to combine personal customer care with performance that's always above expectations and I am going to order again without hesitation, if the need and use case matches - or just ask for a custom offer. Dominik is always willing to work something out that'll blow your mind.

Quality of Service, both in form of human support and the network and hardware on offer. Clouvider has both of these in spades. Can't say enough good things about the team and their commitment to helping me out during the spec-ing and order process. Truly pros at what they do!

Also managed to try out their Flexicloud for a few months - the raw speed blows DigitalOcean out of the water - it's almost not even fair to DO...

I've been a Clouvider customer for around six months now and never had to test out their service but when I started struggling with a set-up issue I decided to ask them for help. It's at times like these that you find out how good a company really is and I'm delighted to say the service was the best I've ever received.

Not only did Dominik explain and walk me through what I was trying to achieve, he was answering messages at 2.30am when most people would be tucked up in bed.

I can't recommend Clouvider enough, what is even more impressive is not only has the service been exemplary but the prices are (I have a dedicated server in London) as low as I could find for the spec.
