Definitely dont trust them

Definitely dont trust them. I have a membership and i spent so much money on this membership and all I received is 3* accommodation, very dirty accommodation,with bugs or ants,far away of the beach , and untrained staff.
Im so disappointed as they promised a 5* accommodation . Also no availability most of the time. Need to book with one year or two in advance, however they promised that this wont be an issue, just to trust them coz they will have accommodation during school holiday not like other website. That was a big lie😡
Also to book a reservation will need to stay on the phone for hours,looong queue..
We are stuck with them for the next 15 years😡

We bought a trial membership a few…

We bought a trial membership a few years ago. So far we've had a free week to tenerife, 2 weeks in barbados, 2 weeks at the fabulous palm oasis resort in gran canaria. Covid changed the system. You could previously book online, but now you call. I have not had any problems getting through, or getting call backs. Their customer care is exceptional. They extended our trial by 2 years because of lock down. I don't think they could be any fairer. We now have our final week booked for next year. I did suffer buyers regret sometime after purchase, but on the whole, £4000 for two of us, 6 weeks for accommodation is pretty reasonable over 4 years. Barbados alone was worth it!

Avoid if you have KIDS and family..

Guys, avoid this company at any cost.

As everyone, i also paid £4k for trial membership for total 5 holidays. Key points:

1) There is no online system to check and book your holidays. You have to call CLC only to book anything.

2) No one is available at CLC customer care to take your calls or reply on emails. You will fed up calling and wasting time. Alternatively, you will feed your number for call back and it happens rarely that call back is done.

3) if someone calls you back, they are trained to say NO to all your requests. End of the day, you are looking for a light in dark tunnel. They just keep asking you, pls select any other date or destination thinking that traveling is so simple these days. They are living on another planet.

4) I checked and you can book some of their resorts through other website by paying booking money for your interested dates although there is no availability with CLC. I don't understand how this is possible.

5) Also I assume there must be at least 300 properties in Costa De Sol itself but if you want to book any property through your membership, its fully booked. Seems like all the members of CLC plans to visit Costa De Sol on same dates. Wonderful.

For £4k money, I could have plan my own 5 holidays (not exactly same properties) whenever I wish to.

Just avoid CLC, if you have KIDS. All their resorts are booked in School holidays. Since you have paid the membership fees already, CLC does no care about you anymore. CLC earns additional by booking resorts for non members for additional money.

STAY AWAY from CLC, they are a fraud

STAY AWAY!
We bought trial membership costing over £4000 which runs out in 2024. Still have 4 weeks to book out of the six we bought and now everytime I call to book, there is no availability anywhere! Been trying to book ahead for 2023 since beginning of this year but told nothing is available. Tried booking 2024 but told cant book that far ahead.

So how does this work? Nothing available in 2023 and cant book 2024? And paid trial membership ends in 2024? So we just flushed money down the toilet as they cant provide the service we paid for?
This company are a big fraud, all sweet talk during sales but the service is far from what you get sold.
STAY AWAY from CLC, they are a rip off.

A very quiet resort but then the main season had not started, the accommodation was excellent and staff were always very helpful. Our transport did not arrive for our return to the airport and the reception staff especially Oytun went above and beyond to try and sort this out. I have to say the transport was arranged by ourselves so was not their responsibility to resolve.

Don't sign up

We had signed up for a trial membership which costed us almost £4000.00. We have phoned, emailed CLC and noone hss returned our calls nor replied to our emails. This means we flushed all that money in the toilet. We were not given the log in details as well. From the reviews it means its not only us who have been through this stress. Never again we will do time share.

CLC customer service …

I bought a trial membership with CLC the year before Covid !
We did after a few cancellations manage to get a week away in Spain but not in the apartments offered originally as these were all closed due to the pandemic. Along with most of the facilities on site. However this was last year and we have to move on...

This week I have been trying to get a booking for this year and it is becoming a real pain. I have now spent 3 hours on the telephone waiting and then getting cut off.
I Did get to speak to someone yesterday but they couldn't offer us what we wanted.
So we then discussed at home what we should do and have decided to go with our 3rd choice. Today i have been attempting to call all day long with no response. I left my number with the promise of them calling me back but nothing !
If you are looking for customer service - look elsewhere. you will not find this here at all.

I have also just found out that the promo department that signed us up have been disbanded and as such the 1 week free offer that we were given cannot be honoured as the reservations team cannot authorise this.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement - the free week was the only reason that we purchased the membership (over £4k)

I appreciate hospitality and travel have been hard hit, but if they carry on like this they will be out of business altogether.

They talked us into a time share worst thing we ever agreed to every word out of their mouths has turned out to be a lie. 13 months notices to book a hoilday starts off cheap then you get hit with hidden charges to them you are just a payment never ever ever again will I listen to their lies.
I WANT EVERYONE TO SEE THIS DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

CLC world Milton Keynes from where all the lies begin.If you are invited there and told you will get a voucher be very carefull it is
where they start dodging people.

All the locations they will show is a lie and will not come under your memebership and you will find out on your first trip. That the locations they showed and which made you convince to buy this not come under this memebershit and for that you have to pay more.
Second thing on which they convince you that you will get places according to your children holidays, and its another lie, everytime you will found that residence is already booked.
Buying this memeber ship is truely worst descion and total waste of money.

Free Week. Great Resort. Sales team a pain

We apparently won a free weeks holiday providing we attended a presentation at CLC World centre in Milton Keynes. With trepidation we attended and fair enough we were promised the free holiday at a variety of destinations. The presentation was a hard sell which we expected but surprisingly enough we paid for a 36 month trial package that suited us. We booked our week with CLC’s call centre and received excellent customer service from them. Everything was clearly explained. The resort was excellent and all as promised with excellent service from the resort staff. Only down side was yet another attempt by the onsite sales staff who wouldn’t take No for an answer. We even had phone calls and people knocking on our door at 8.00 in the morning to try and persuade us to consider alternative plans. We have stuck to our 36 month plan. Holiday was great apart from that.

High pressure sales on every visit

High pressure sales on every visit, broken promises.

In-house finance that is far more expensive that other alternatives - in those on offer from CLC if you ask.
Sharks - keep clear.

Company review - Charlatans!

Cannot comment on the resorts or other accommodation as we didn't even risk staying with these fraudsters! Don't waste your time or money.

We were "randomly" selected to take part on their 90-minute (more like 4 hours) presentation. It took 3 attempts to book a day to attend and were offered a night in a "luxury" hotel (more like a Premier Inn) where we didn't even get to stay!! A few days before attending they told us our room had been double booked and they could offer us Amazon vouchers instead. In the end they were offering vouchers to everyone so I could see that we weren't the only ones being "double booked".

We went along and attended the presentation in Milton Keynes. After a few hours of brain washing and awful sales tactics (including "its not for you" - stand up and shake my hand, only to return 2 minutes later with a different line; and also the famous "good cop bad cop") we decided to walk out given that they would not let us consider their £4000-odd offer of 5-weeks holiday over 3 years, nor research it online, making reference to all the bad reviews and experiences people post... We decided to walk away feeling we avoided the plague.

As part of the deal in attending the presentation they offered 1-weeks worth of holiday in one of four places. When booking, there were hidden fees for school holiday periods, one mandatory morning of more brainwashing onsite and a few other terms and conditions that were purposely undisclosed when we were invited to the presentation and awarded the holiday, and hidden until it came through the post.

In the end, we didn't book anything and felt it was all a massive waste of time, petrol and phone calls... I hope this review helps someone avoid these lying cowboys.

Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Rigtig fint Resort, med et venligt personale.
Syntes det en fantastisk ide med det tog der kører mellem de forskellige resorts, men man kunne godt bruge nogle kørertider, man kunne forholde sig til. (mere præcise)
Fedt udvalg af resturenter, dejlig tæt på strand og byen (Fuengirola)
Vi oplevede desværre at noget af deres personale, som ordner pools og vander blomster, larmede lige udenforan vores vindue næsten hver morgen, med råben, fløjten og syngen. gerne fra kl 09-10 om morgenen. Hvilket vi syntes var til stor gene.
Men Alt i alt var det en fantastisk oplevelse.

Ikke forfærdeligt hotel, men heller ikke godt

Jeg kan ikke anbefale Club la Costa World, da det ikke levede op til mine forventninger. Hotellet tilbød ikke de faciliteter, der var beskrevet på hjemmesiden og som der var billeder af. Desuden var der kun rengøring og udskiftning af håndklæder én gang om ugen! Personalet var dog venligt og imødekommende og beliggenheden er fin i forhold til Fuengirola by, hvis man ikke har noget imod en halv times gåtur langs strandpromenaden for at komme derhen. Alt i alt en ok oplevelse, men jeg kommer ikke igen.
