Very fast order executions, recommended for day traders
I've been with CMEG since about 6 months.
I've been trading the US stock market using their Sterling and DAS Trader platforms and the executions have been practically instant.
They support the newer LimitP stop loss type for pre/post-market, which is a big plus.
Customer service is always helpful. You can get a PropReports login if you need it for your journalling.
Their website/self service portal is quite rough but apart from that everything checks out. I've made one withdrawal and it was handled swiftly.
In my experience they've also been lenient on service fees, e.g. I didn't had to pay the platform switch fee when I changed to DAS.
All in all, I recommend CMEG UK for active day traders from Europe.

I’ve had a trading account with capital…
I’ve had a trading account with capital markets elite group for a year and the service has been fantastic. The fees are extremely competitive for day trading and my personal account manager is always available to help.
Recommend anyone looking for a UK based brokerage to try this company

First month experience
Just set up with CMEG (UK) as broker. They support the most relevant platforms for day trading and the monthly fees for platform and data are competitive. I like that the firm is governed by the FCA and that funds are protected by the FSCS. If you are setting up hotkeys, even very complex ones, you will find that margin restrictions in place on particular shares are particularly well integrated and automated on the trading platforms. The $2.95 per trade fee is above average, but if you have a trading plan the fee will keep you disciplined and saving the itchy hotkey finger for the simulator account. I recommend CMEG (UK) to UK based day traders operating under the FSCS limit that are playing US stock markets.
