We are sorry about your unfortunate experience. On receving your feedback we conducted an investigation which confirmed that we did process your withdrawal request immediately upon receipt and your funds were wired in accordance with the wire instructions provided on the withdrawal form. However the wire information provided was incorrect resulting in the wire being returned to us. We had to subsequently confirm and update the wire detials and we have since reprocessed the return wire, and you have received your funds successfully. We apologise for the unfortunate delay in your receiving your funds and we hope this changes your rating review of us.
