I ordered an in stock item I needed urgently, got no acknowledgement, chased it, was told it was coming same day and I would get an invoice - nothing arrived, two more calls and I was told it was out of stock - these guys are a waste of time and effort - avoid

Good, PayPal would do, noisy
All good, adding a PayPal payment where user can split the payment in 3 installments would be nice.
About the product, fine, does what it should, it noisy though, very noisy both in cooling and heating mode.
And when I say noisy I really mean it

We are looking into adding buy now pay later options to our website in the very near future.
The air conditioning unit noise output should be 65dB which is fairly standard for a unit that size, however, if you believe the noise generated is higher than that, please check that the vents are fully open, the extractor hose is positioned outside and the unit is on a level plane to help reduce the sound generated.

I needed an access platform ASAP. Kimberley was extraordinarily helpful and within 3 hours our account was set up and I could rest easy knowing that this was sorted out. The original size was unavailable so I was offered a slightly larger one for the same price. This is how every transaction should be. Excellent 👌
