I recently called the dispatch on one of the bus drivers inappropriate behavior I hope they follow up
One previously last year, November 2018 I missed my bus and waited for the next due to one bus driver telling me he was not the bus to Janeville, but when I saw him in a future trip, he apologied and gave me a no charge for my ride and I used my ticket on the next one.
Other than that, most drivers have been friendly

Buses are clean, some drivers are outstanding, price to contract bus is too expensive.
Buses are clean, well equipped, current with charging ports and DVD players. Comfortable.
Some drivers are excellent and very safe, very committed to ensuring the passengers are safe, comfortable. Some of the best drivers help the passengers.
Most often, buses are well maintained. My last trip we had a problem on the way home. Driver kept us safe, informed and comfortable. However, it took too long for another bus and mechanic to be sent. It should have been done in one half the wait time.
Group quote are too expensive compared to other companies. They would be better rewarding their repeat groups with better, competitive pricing.

Shannon is always wonderful to work with and I find it to be very easy working with Coach USA. I am hopeful that you do keep the executive coach buses as I think they are truly a hidden gem for corporations!

GO COACH USA
I enjoy riding Coach USA with the Madison Packer Backers for all 10 home Green Bay Packer games at Lambeau Field. I also ride Coach USA to Chicago Airport as well. Busses are very clean.

Nice experience! Excellent driver!!
That was amazing!! I used to book greyhound. This was my first experience with Coach, very impressive! I was so suprised that clean, new, quit bus. And our driver, DAN, was soooo patient and helpful! This company really changed my idea about bus trip!!

Booking was easy and everyone was helpful. The driver was pleasant and very accommodating. He gave me his phone number, so when our group was ready, I was able to call him and we found a safe place to pick us up.

Annual Black Friday Trip
We use Dillon's every year for our Black Friday Shopping Trip. Our experience is always great. We love and always request Mr. McBride as our driver.
We just need a working DVD player.
