I purchased a bag from this so called cocoanddee, when I received the item , it was china made, absolute rubbish rubbish, not as displayed on the app. When I asked to return it, I was taken back a part of the policy. Guys this part is written in very small letters that you can easily ignore,it says you are liable for 30% or restocking fee, including £10 i paid before i was sent a return label which i have never experienced in the course of buying things online. If not you will be forced to get a gift card that can only be used in their store.

NO ORDER RECEIVED
I placed a first time order for a shoe and bag with Coco and Dee since 22/03/2025 and was told delivery will take between 5-7 working days but till date, I am yet to receive my order. I also did not receive the tracking link they promised to send via email. I’m still in shock that this company is allowed to keep trading and scamming people off their money online? If I don’t get my order or my money back in a week, I’ll definitely be sharing this company information on every social media platforms.

advertising and conning people out of their hard earned cash …. Actually waiting now for them to use my card details … because that’s what they are probably after all along. The worst thing is PayPal is on their side, I have tried everyway to return this stupid items by going to PayPal office still no avail. It is clear that they work hand in hand with PayPal...... STEAR CLEAR. STAY AWAY FROM cocodee they are fraudulent and fake. They will never allow you to return their rubbish fake items back to them.
