Der gesamte Prozess von der Auswahl im Onlineshop bis hin zur Lieferung der Ware ist super kundenfreundlich und intuitiv gestaltet. Bezahlung und Sendungsverfolgung sind ebenfalls toll gestaltet.
Die Ware wird sehr schnell geliefert und die Qualität ist super!

Hatte ein paar Fragen zu meiner Bestellung, welche schnell und souverän beantwortet wurden. Guter Kundenservice.
Lieferung der Bestellung dauerte dann 3 Tage - absolut ok.
Ware ist gut.

Mit Vorkasse am 03.07.2023 für über 300 EUR Kleidung gekauft und mit Zusatzkosten zurückgesendet, Eingangsbestätigung der Rücksendung am 13.06.2023 erhalten, aber ich warte bis heute - 13.07.2023 - auf die Erstattung der zurückgesendeten Waren im Wert von 289 EUR. Keine Reaktionen von CODE-ZERO auf Mails.
Kundenbeziehungsmanagement sieht anders aus.

Anuncian en su página web que los gastos de devolución son gratuitos, lo que fue confirmado por el SAC mediante correo y nada de nada, los pagué y no supe más.

Firstly the information regarding a specific jacket on their website was incorrect. I had to wait over a week for a clarification. Secondly, their sizing is misleading and once again their website information was wrong. I have emailed the company multiple times regarding these issues however, they never replied. Unfortunately I am now stuck with a very expensive jacket that is of poor quality and poor sizing configuration. On their website the jacket is advertised as breathable and that a fleece or hoodie can easily be worn as a mid-layer. However, once more this is not the case. I am very disappointed by their non-existent customer support and for waisting over 160 euros on a cheap jacket.

U.S buyers be aware!
Items are in China sizes.
Overpriced and average quality.
Zero must stands for their customer service.

Example: if you are wearing Helly Hansen size XL, you should order 4X from these people. Code Zero wont honor shipping returns from U.S. and DHL charges $280 for return shipping (at least for 8-9 items I wish to return). They won't even give you a return invoice to be able to ship back the items.

I am reporting this company to E.U. Consumer Directory, and discouraging everyone in my sailing community from considering this brand.

I had made a number of purchases from this Co over past 12 months. Good customer service . Good product thats a little bit different to stuff you find in the UK.

You need to avoid this company. First free return became £10 postage fee. Second, I never get my refund despite several emails. Now company is not even responding to my emails. Clothes are well overpriced and certainly quality is below average. Disgusting customer service. I now forwarded my complaint to eu consumer directory.

Zero in Lüneburg und im Weserpark: Personal extrem unhöflich, desinteressiert, genervt gegenüber den Kunden, halten gesamte Zeit private Gespräche, trotz Anwesenheit von 4 Kunden. Die Rückgabe von probierter Kleidung wird mit "Augenverdrehen" beantwortet.(15.10. bzw. 16.10.19) Ich werde in Zukunft "Zero" meiden, da ich mich als Kunde nicht respektlos behandeln lasse. Die Auswahl und auch Ausbildung der Verkäuferinnen muss dringend sorgfältiger erfolgen!

Poloshirts 2018 do have a very nice design, suites well on all boating occations and looks awsome on my crew members. We recently ordered online for the whole crew and had a issue with the right amount of poloshirts dispatched and fullfilled. Customer service refunded prompt withour argueing. Flagshipstore in Palma is nice too and I am looking forward to place the next order as soon as we need more crew-uniform poloshirts. Cheers Captain Franky

Ich habe mehrere Artikel bei Code-Zero bestellt und ging davon aus, dass ich Premium Ware bzw. hochqualitative Ware bestelle ... (Die Preise sind ja auch nicht gerade niedrig.)
Ich wurde jedoch ziemlich enttäuscht ... Nach zwei mal ordnungsgemäßem waschen, ist beim T-Shirt bereits der Schriftzug deutlich ausgewaschen. Das T-Shirt sieht aus als ob es schon 3 Jahre alt wäre ...
Positiv:
Der Versand ging sehr schnell und fehlerfrei.

Sonntag bestellt, Dienstag geliefert & Umgetauschte Artikel am Freitag geliefert ... Wahnsinn!!! Super Artikel, super Service!!! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Tolle Marke, welche ich auf Mallorca das erste mal gesehen habe. Bestellung im Onlineshop lief reibungslos und schnell. Ware gut.
