Bought a couple decants and a full bottle. Everything came authentic and nicely packaged. You’ll struggle to find better prices for niche fragrances and they even threw in a few samples which I appreciated. Will definitely order again

Do not waste your time. Bought some sample bottles one was almost empty the lid was not on tight. The other three looked questionable. Not convinced they are not knock offs.

Tried to reach out to CS. They just kept either asking for pictures over and over, not replying at all or pretending they do not know who i am although i used the same email for communications and order

It sounds like they use AI so its fair to say they like ebay

Purchased a couple of decants along with full bottles. Legit checked the full bottles with no problems. Cheapest prices I have found for niche fragrances and they send niche samples too. Top tier site. Shipping might take some time I believe they ship within 5 business days but I emailed and they said they had a ton of orders. Just be patient with the shipping and if you don’t receive confirmation after the date they give you reach out.

Absolutely awful experience. I waited about 5 days while my order sat in processing with little to no communication. Then they canceled it out of nowhere, with no proper explanation and no attempt to resolve anything. Complete waste of time. I won’t be ordering again.

Placed my order on October 9 and it hasn’t been shipped yet. I’ve contacted them several times - no communication, no updates. I understand that some products might be out of stock as perfumes are pretty niche and expensive. Following the possible case above, they could’ve have contacted me that shipment would take longer than expected. Now it just looks like scam as I’m being ignored for too long. Awful customer service.

So have made 3 purchases from this site now and have been pleased every time.

The last one had a hiccup but they took care of it better than I would have expected them to.

Look forward to purchasing again and for the tariff junk to be over so I can get my Oud Wood supply.
