Colosseumdiroma Tickets Avis 

I bought two tickets from colosseumdiroma-tickets.com thinking they were official Colosseum tickets. Each ticket cost €56.90, but the face value is actually €18. The site is part of the Walker Tours network and is designed to look official, but it doesn’t clearly say it’s a reseller, and the price markup wasn’t obvious at all.

I tried to get a refund through WhatsApp and explained that the website is misleading, but the merchant didn’t respond properly. I haven’t used the tickets.

This site is intentionally misleading with >3x mark-ups for tickets that may not be usable – be careful and don’t assume it’s the official provider.

In some respects my own mistake for getting duped by what I thought was the official colosseum website - and that was not the case. They couldn’t fulfill all of the experience I booked, my
Pantheon tickets never arrived and their colosseum audio guide failed to download and I was charged a lot more than my friends on the trip who used the official website and the colosseums own audio tour. Look elsewhere.

I just made a purchase on this website, which appears very professional and well-designed. Shortly after completing the payment, I tried to contact customer service and received no response.
I feel dumb!
I hope you are reading this before buying, not after.

I went on Google to buy tickets for the Colosseum, this website came among the 1st ones and looked like the official one. I bought the tickets there, and then found out that this was not the official one. They cost 4x the official price! I asked for a refund and so far they claim that it is not possible. Of course when you purchase, you have to tick boxes stating that you acknowledge that the tickets are not refundable. Reading on Trustpilot, it seems that people don't get their tickets at the end. I hope I get my refund asap.

Liars and scam. Foolish on our behalf but we thought was official site, got diverted to this scam site. Paid way too much for nothing. Avoid

It’s a scam. Looks like the official website but I can confirm it’s not. Waited until 24 hours before the booked time to receive tickets as advised in the booking confirmation email but they never showed. Quickly ordered from the real website the night before we were due to go and got some immediately - not the arena tickets we wanted as they were last minute thanks to the scam site but better than nothing. Fraudulent site masquerading as the main site thanks to Google sponsoring.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, charge 4x to 5x than official website, stating ticket is available. While in actual, no ticket is sent.

DON'T DO IT. I stupidly thought this was the official site. They were 3x more than they should be for an April visit. Then realised my bank did not ask for authorisation for payment like it normally does. I would not have given it as I started looking further during the transaction. Then I came across these reviews. The bank refunded the pending payment whilst they investigate. I reported to action fraud. No response either by WhatsApp or email. Just disgraceful. Please use the official site. Tickets received immediately and were much cheaper!

Do not use this website at all - it is overpriced and you may not get your ticket. Couldn't give it a zero star.

We paid for the Colosseum & Palatine hill a couple of days in advance but never received the tickets. On the day of the ticket we asked at the Colossuem for help they said that this was a third party company, not an official ticket company so they could not help. Both my wife and I messaged the company on both Whatsapp numbers, called them and emailed. We had no response at all.
In the end we did not get to visit the Colosseum or Palatine hill.

We did however get a refund however there was no apology or communication from the company - they need to improve on customer service.

I would not recommend using this website as the prices they advertise are massively inflated with no benefit to the customer. You can see similar review for the parent company thewalkertours.com - appalling reviews and poor customer service.

IT IS A SCAM!!! Beware of the pages sponsored when looking for Colosseum, tickets or Vatican museums tickets and double check that it is the official site. They tell you that the tickets will be send 1 hour before the event and IT IS A LIE. They robbed your money and run by name “The Walkers tours” dont buy anything there.

It’s a SCAM - No tickets, use official websites

Yes, this company is a fraud.
I bought the ticket on their site (thank Google for showing me fraudulent links in the first lines even with label "sponsored") and I got nothing.

Its a scam. You pay, they send you confirmation but for after 1 month. Of course there is no customer support. Clearly a scam. We we fix and get our money back from the bank but be aware and just double check the site you are buying from, I was on a hurry and didnt.
