Great service marvellous product and great delivery

We ordered a new ocean theme splashback. It came in 3 weeks exactly from order, unfortunately it was the wrong one, but the company very quickly rectified this for us, and got the new one shipped in a week. Customer service was excellent and quality of product great.

I bought a made to order glass splashback for my new kitchen. I chose Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks as their website specifically stated that their glass splashback have no green tinge. This was important as the colour match I requested was for Dulux Timeless, being a light colour it was important there was no hue to the glass.

However, upon receiving the splashback there is a very clear green tint to the glass. Ruining the look and colour match to the rest of my kitchen.

I reached out to support immediately however, returns aren’t accepted for made to order items. They have accepted no responsibility for the item not being as described/defective and refuse to refund the order.

A picture of the splashback was received a few days before delivery showing what the finished item would look like, and gave an opportunity to amend if required. Splashback was delivered within the timescale promised when ordering. Item was well packaged, and the delivery company used was very professional

We ordered a glass strip to cover a windowsill - we’re delighted with it. It’s a perfect colour match for our tiles and fits perfectly.

The final product was exactly what I ordered and fitted perfectly. Quality and packaging was spot on. For a nearly 3m piece of glass I was worried it would come in a million pieces but no absolutely perfect. The only slight issue was a miscommunication that did lead to a 15 day delay. I can’t be sure if that was the supplier fault or mine but it did finally arrive with no further issues so can recommend
