Worst travel company I've had the misfortune to use, my airline, Singapore airlines cancelled my flights in July 21, and refunded the cost of the tickets to Comeflypak.com in August 21, proof held by myself via email from airline. On contacting a Mr Hamza Ishque of Comeflypak.com and asking why there was a delay in repaying my refund, he informed me after numerous emails to him and mistruths from him to check my bank after 5-7 working days and that my refund would be repaid soon, that email was dated 15th OCTOBER 2021, as yet I have not received anything, legal proceedings have now started against Comeflypak.com in this matter, Avoid at all costs using this so called travel agent, I awarded 1 star because I could not leave less, how companies like this one are allowed to continue to trade is beyond me. Comeflypak.com a total and utter disgrace to the travel industry.

Very poor customer service - in fact, they put the phone down on me over 20 times, when i called to re-arrange my flight - as soon as I tried to explain the reason for calling. I think this is a bogus company. They have taken my money and now I am having to try and book new tickets with another airline at short notice.

Dude come on , at least try to be a sales person and at least make an effort to sell.

Trust worth and very helpful staff. I have been in touch with Aman dhera from the past 3 years and hes very helpful. Prices are better than any other travel agency.

I have travelled with Hajj and Umrah twice and have booked my third trip in February.
Ma shaa Allah the company has provided the best package at a reasonable price. The gentleman who dealt with our last umrah trip advised us to book a family suite. We took his advice and were amazed when we got to Makkah. From the pick up at the airport to the hotels everything was brilliant ma shaa aallaah. My fmaily had only good words to say towards those who work at hajj and umrah.

Great company!

I dealt with a person called Haroon. He was always there to answer my queries no matter what time in the day.

He gave me a couple options with regards to packages which we named v1 and v2. I ended up going for v2 as I felt it better suited my needs.

In terms of price they were very competitive and felt overall they were better than anyone else. Some companies out there charge an extortionate amount so be careful.

Haroon...thanks for everything you have done for me, you are family now.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Have been using other travel agents before, but ComeFlyPak has proven to be the most efficient and offers the lowest prices. Great experience so far and will definetly use them again.
