This online scam business never ends

This online scam business never ends. Wrong items shipped, customer service emails from LINDA goes in circles, they deny everything and steal your money. The return policy is non existent. I shipped the incorrect items back to CHINA ($32.05) and received them back 3 months later as refused. I like how they reply to the negative feedback. They do not even respond to the claim of a full REFUND.

Køb ikke en Panama hat her …

Købte en Panama har. Fik en sammenkrøllet hat som slet ikke lever op til den indpakning og kvalitet, som de skriver. De overholder ikke dansk markedsføringslov, men er nok også helt ligeglade. Den er ikke håndsyet i Ecuador. Den er lavet af papir på maskine i Kina. I meget ringe kvalitet.

Hatten sælges også via Itboyx. Helt den samme fake markedsføring.

Cheated me out of my money

I ordered the drone from CommsMarket Inc. After 17 days, I received no update on the shipment of my item so I reached out to them for an update. They said the package was lost and refunded me $104.98. They charged me $109.98 + 6.60 for taxes. That is a deficit of $11.60 that they still owe me. It doesn't matter what reasoning they come up with, there is no justification in keeping that money if they didn't sell me anything. I reached out to them to ask for the rest of my money back, but I am still so frustrated that in this world of online scams, this company tries to make $11.60 for nothing. I want all my money back

Poor service and resolution

I ordered a set of quilting templates from them and when they arrived the largest one ( 15") was broken. 6 out of the 8 "spokes" were broken and unusable. I contacted the company and have been given the run around via emails, in spite of my being within the time frame of their returns, they keep quoting " our package has exceeded our return and exchange period." I would never buy from this company again and see that my review is similar to others. Note to self. Check reviews in the future. it is unfortunate. If they had resolved this issue decently and accepted that I started the request within their time frame ( or if necessary afterwards), they would have had a satisfied customer and good word of mouth. Instead...not the case. Future customers, you have been made aware of my experience.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Product arrived broken and their support asked me to glue it back together after much deliberation I got a partial refund but they never would send the instructions that came with he product. Very inferior product and lousy support. Avoid them

Not Happy with this Company

I ordered the woven Placemat template. It was advertised as coming with instructions. I received the template that was shipped between 2 used pieces of cardboard without any instructions. No response to my request for the missing instructions. Doubt if I will order from company again.
