Company Moves Avis 

I was very happy with the sales team's approach to doing an in-person quote, and the communications were professional and prompt. My house move fell through and they refunded me the moving costs of >£2,000 very quickly. I committed to rebooking with them.

They had dropped five boxes off for me to pack my personal effects, and out of the blue I received an invoice for £72 for the five boxes including a £40 delivery fee. Subsequent to querying this they cancelled the charge, but after we had 'words' which was a disappointing conclusion to the transaction.

Highly recommend this company.We couldn't fault the management side or especially the removing guys side.Kevin and Denise was a pleasure to talk to and very professional.David, Brad and Ethan was the best removal men we could ask for,very professional,polite and knowledgeable within their craft.They was extremely careful with our belongings and our property and also extremely punctual.We can't fault the whole experience or the staff they was A1.

I would not recommend using this company for a house removal as they damaged the stair & hallway carpet in our new house. I sent them pictures of the state of the damaged carpet as verification. After over 6 months, we have only been paid £410 for the damage which will not even cover half the cost of replacement. We were told by their insurance company that we should consider claiming on our own insurance. Company Moves refused to communicate with me directly about the matter and the responsibility of finding out the progress of the claim was transferred to me to communicate directly with the insurance company. The damage was caused with the use of their plastic protection film put on the carpets which on removal retained some residue of plastic and could not even be removed with a deep clean. They also lost one of our light fittings, made a hole in the back of one of our bookcases and I have lost various items of kitchenware that was never delivered to our new home from their storage. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company as if there is any problem, my experience is that they will not really except full responsibility for it.

Just wanted to share a special shout out to the crew at COMPANY MOVES & STORAGE that came out on Monday to unpack our container and help place/assemble furniture and boxes in our home - they were nothing short of EXCELLENT. What an amazing, seemless and pleasurable experience from start to finish.

The team moved us from Warfield to Weymouth on 26th October. We were very impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and manner. They kept everything calm and helped us to be that way too. Our thanks to Denise, David, Chris, Mal, Brad and Lewis. A top class team. We have already recommended them to friends.
