After two weeks of processing and getting the notification of shipment, I received that the order was canceled 

Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone and they do not call back. Even when I paid for return insurance, they would not accept return if I said that I have tried it. Their policy stated that it can be exchanged if it doesn't fit. Never buy from this store!

I bought a support belt for my back. Then I discovered that a minute after paying for my order, I had "bought" another belt!!! A completely different one, which I hadn't been looking for or bought! And they sent me the wrong one, not the one I ordered, in just one day!!!What's important is what they don't even know if the one I actually wanted is in stock! So, they're selling you something that's not even available!!! Moreover, I accidentally discovered that I had "subscribed" to automatic delivery of items I didn't need...My advice to you is, if you don't want a thief's hands in your wallet, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from scammers. By the way, for some reason it's impossible to leave a review on their website, obviously there are far too many negative reviews...

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed and paid for an order for a family member. Never received. This is a medical product that was obviously needed. Contacted customer service and they replied one time but with no help and although I persisted, I never heard from them again. DO NOT order from this company. Just find your products elsewhere. No customer service and no accountability for delivery or their errors.

This company is a SCAM. They sent a faulty brace and after a month of trying to contact customer service I was told a refund would be approved soon. Instead, I was ghosted and then 11 braces I NEVER ordered arrived with an invoice. I have contact BBB and Attorney General for Illinois. This is a scam company do NOT purchase!!!

These people are disorganized and take weeks to resolve issues. They have a size chart to use when you order their stockings. I ordered what that chart said would fit. They were so tight I could not pull them up. I called and left a message about the problem. They did not return my call within a few days. I called them and said I was returning them and they let me know if they needed a return authorization number on the package . No one called me back a couple of days later I used the address. They shipped from from the original packaging and took them to the post office and mailed them back with a letter explaining why they were getting them and my info. No one called me back about receiving them. I called couple of times and was told that I sent them to an address. They were no longer occupying. After several weeks passed by I still had not received a call saying they had them even though they tracked to that address where they used to be. Eventually, when I called them, they had someone talk to me on the phone about the problem. They then decided to replace them and didn't discuss with me on the phone what they were sending just the color and when I receive them and put one on it fit that evening. I washed it and hung it to dry. But when I put it on the next morning, And More that day it was down around my ankles by 5 PM I called them again and explain the problem and again and again and again and no one called me back even though she promised she would. This morning two days later I wrote them again online with the problem. I then got an email saying that I was mistaken about the style of the first order, which I then verified they were correct, but what that has to do with anything I don't know and I have run into a brick wall with them. They are not going to return my 50 some odd dollars for these stockings and after a months August, September, October, and now halfway through November they still have not honored my money spent or the credit on my account. Stay far far away from salesCompression for. Compression hose or anything else. They are crooks.

I am extremely satisfied with my Jobst compression stockings. The quality is outstanding, and they are exactly as described on the website. My order arrived on time, and the entire shopping experience was smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend Jobst products and Compressionsale!

SCAM SITE IF OUTSIDE USA. BEWARE!!!! We ordered an item we needed urgently but it took 4 weeks to arrive by which time we didn't need it (purchased elsewhere). Tried to cancel because it hadn't arrived but were told product was shipped (apparently via Canada!). Returned at large cost to us (£15 via Royal Mail) and now they say they can't find the return. No one to talk to only via chat, did not even try to be helpful. Now we're out of pocket for the item (£159) plus the return postage. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have to admit I've ordered from them before and their turnaround time was slow but this time their response is unacceptable. I placed my order on 8/14. They charged $113 to my account and as of 8/30 I have not received a shipping notice. I requested an update 4 days ago and in their response they pointed out that I requested free shipping which takes 7-10 days. I pointed out nothing was shipped and you have already charged my account. I've canceled the order and requested a refund.

I began filing the dispute today with the bank. Magically, Compressionsale emailed me this afternoon and said they are refunding the money.LOL.. I will update if it actually shows up in my account.

It is now over 3 weeks since I ordered. I am now told that their team of specialists is looking into it. LOL. There isn't even a tracking number. I told my bank to reverse the charge and I reported them.

"I ordered compression socks 10 days ago. At first they acted like they couldn't find my account. Then they could suddenly the next day. Then they tell me it is still processing. Not shipped after 10 days. I don't even know if they will fit if I ever do receive them. I am sorry I ever ordered from them. Stay away from this company."

Ordered two pairs XL. Tan fit, white way too small. When I started the return of the white pair, immediately XL White came up as Not Returnable ! Really ! Not worn, not the correct size Impossible to return ! Warning.. this company is not repretable.

I returned a defective glove in May. It's June 26th and I still don't have a replacement or a refund. Their warehouse is in the suburbs. I could have walked there faster.

My first pair of thigh high/over the knee men's beige 30-40ml compression stockings tore, but CompressionSale refunded my purchase price and sent me a replacement pair.

Took my $169 and no stockings to wear. I have been a customer for over 10 years and now I will NEVER order from this company again. I made my order the same for 10 years and thus time they sent me a substitute because my selection is no longer available. They should have asked me first before just sending a substitute. It was very dark in color and I'm very pale so no it won't work for me. They let me return them and I picked a color for me. When I got the new ones they were way to big, even though the size charts were similar. I've been trying to return these and they stopped responding to me. So I'm out $169.00 that's a lot of money to burn that I can't afford. So for 10 years they took my money and now won't make it right. Buyer be ware!!!! Shop local so it can be returned.

Podiatrist recommended I order Therafirm Core-Sport compression leg sleeves from Compressionsale.com in 2022. Received exactly what I wanted. Successive orders have not been what I expected or wanted. The problem is Compressionsale.com does not list the fabric content, which is very important because photos of their products all look alike. Customer Support Service on phone has no clue about fabric content. In March 2025 my ordered product came from Kansas supplier via California and Illinois with a different order number and item number than was on original order. Compressionsale.com denied these order and item numbers were different. The fabric content of the received item did not meet my expectation. FABRIC CONTENT NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED WITH EACH ITEM'S DESCRIPTION. Not likely to order again from this online catalog.

Relief Wear classic medical closed toe knee high stockings was what I was looking form actually. I encountered them accidentally but quickly found I was recommended to wear in order to let my legs recover quicker. Poor blood circulation is what I am suffering from so this pair of stockings relieves the pain.

I can't say that I am 100% satisfied with the service because I got some serious troubles with shipment but anyway. These troubles are left behind, so now I do not care about them. I just want to leave an unbiased overview of the platform to let everyone know about it.

Placed an order for compression stockings without silicone on Jan 18th. No shipping notification, so I emailed and was told by "Beth" that she'd look into it and get me a tracking number. No response ever again after 3 more emails on my end. Called and got "Ruth" who said it was on backorder. I asked when they expect it and she said she'd let me know in 24 hours. I asked her to verify that she'd call me and she said that I could call if I didn't hear back. They didn't call. I called Ruth again after 2 weeks and she said it was phased out. I said your website says it's in stock. She just repeated herself. Didn't offer any refund or exchange. I told her I wanted my money back. She said OK, wait 24 hours, yet later that day I suddenly got a shipping notice. I call and get Ruth again and she can't verify what they sent. I get the package and it's a completely different brand with silicone. I can't wear them because I have EDS and they make my skin blister horribly and scar. Today (Feb 20th) I call numerous times and get a "No one is available to take your call." I kept trying and eventually got "Alex" who says I should return them and THEN I'll get my refund. They processed my payment over a month ago, didn't send my order, and wait until I ask for a refund to try to pass off the wrong item on me so now I have a project to do to get my money back. Ridiculous. Never buying from them again. Beware!!

You have to wait too long to receive your order, I had to wait for 3 weeks. Does it come from China?
I ordered today again but wanted to pay to get the, faster but it took my order before I could question the ability to do that. I really need them quickly because of the open toe.

Complete scam. Never filled my order and never provided any customer service. Please DO NOT order from this company!!! 1!29/25
