Interface is continually being updated making it easy to navigate and system is a bit more intuitive now. Ai features have been deployed and it makes our lives a lot easier as we can now upload our policy, ask ai to create audit rules to add more control etc.

Opportunity to network and meet SAP colleagues, partners, as well as network with other SAP clients made for a productive afternoon as we were really able to have some good discussions to share ideas and experiences to learn from

Fusion was very interactive with many options and outlooks for a variety of businesses. Concur is quick and easy to use with lots of support if required

Concur is complicated and the worst expense processing tool I have ever used. It is not user friendly at all, especially if your company has strict guidelines and restrictions to adhere to. It works great for simple expenses such as meal orders and using it to book travel, however, processing expense reports for approval after trips is not a straightforward process. Concur is a nightmare for processing expenses for approval, especially for certain charges, such as parking to be entered manually separated from lodging, you also have to know whether charges are allowable or unallowable, if they require checking the 300% rule for being above per diem limits and you have to allocate items manually if not autogenerated in the system. Every month when it's time to process expenses for myself or for my Manager, I dread it!

Over-complicated, A. I makes frequent mistakes (e.g not categorizing correctly, mistaking cash for credit card, duplicating). Insanely 'strict', no flexibility, warnings and errors all the time. Slow. Crashes. Takes sooo long. A nightmare.

Fantastically overcomplicated tool that tries to prevent and delay you from sending an invoice to get paid for work you've done. Then, on top of that, you have to submit it all a second time to get paid. Absolute nightmare, avoid like the plague.

terrible service deserves to be put out of business

Worst experience ever in my life, I’m so angry and frustrated. It’s extremely heavy (I thought it was a smart system using AI, but no.) Concur is a pure disaster, you need to fill in each and every line, same things, not possible to change so need to delete and re-work all over. Who invented this system??????
And even worse, who is purchasing this system?

If I can give SAP Concur a negative -5, I would. I implemented SAP Concur many years ago. It was a great system and great customer service 10 years ago. Faster forward to 2026, it's the same interface and customer service doesn't exist anymore. I plan to switch to RAMP something more modern and user friendly with live customer support as soon as our contract ends.

The user experience is hot garbage.

The UI feels like it's from the early 2000s, and performs like it too. There's a 24-hour deadline in which your requests need to be approved or they're auto-cancelled, and the requests often get auto-cancelled way before that deadline anyway. I miss Navan :'(

Why our company uses these people they are awful,over a month waiting for £8.35,they clearly don’t know what there doing,if your a company thinking of using them avoid at all costs I’ve lodged a greviance with company

I used Concur in the late 90s and felt then as a new traveler that I did not know how to use the tool. When I pursued education on Concur, I found that it was designed with limited logic for the end users with no apologies for the failures. Fast forward 30 years, the end user experience is still horrid with basic functionality that does not work. When loading a multiple night hotel stay, Concur will show all 5 nights, taxes and expenses all listed for the one checkout date, not spread over the week as identified on the receipt. Basic functionality is devoid of any rational explanation. When SAP bought Concur there was expectations for improvement but Concur is still the same bad tool from 3 decades prior.

Worst expense app ever made. Extremely slow and buggy. I am wondering how this can exist in 2026.
