Infomatim on delivery to Guernsey and receiving VAT off is poor -I ordered the item to the UK, but noted Guernsey and I was refused a VAT refund upon arrivall.

Despite the items arriving safely, when ordering via TopCash back twice now, I have noticed I am not seeing the commission generated as advertised by them. So on that basis I give them 1 star.

Fast service and delivered securely very good quality sand ceremony, rich colours to the sand, was loved by all at the wedding and will keep it in place of honour, just a shame doesn't have some sort of seal for top. Staff were helpful as left it a little late to order so help get us something we could use on the day. Definitely reccomend

The products were fine, the wooden confetti could do with better packaging as it's rather fragile. The only issue I have is the P&P charge which was in my opinion a bit high for what I ordered and the products didn't actually arrive very quickly.

When I received my save the date cards they was all cut to different sizes and the was made I cheap cardboard. As they was not all being opened at the same time just decided to send out anyway as needed to go out. I tried to get at least a partial refund but was advised no because used them. I definitely would not recommend them or use them again

I got very quick response when I messaged these guys. Also, my product arrived much sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise!
