I joined Constantia Care years ago and my experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional. I am working only with them and can’t say I would trust any other Agency better or more than them. They do extraordinary work to meet the needs of their clients and carers!
From the start, CC offered me thorough and incredibly useful training, which has helped me feel confident and prepared in my role.
The attention to detail and the level of care they put into the training session shows their commitment to quality care and their employees' growth.

The team is absolutely wonderful – everyone is warm, supportive, and it is a real pleasure to be around each of them. The training team, Helen and Billy provide wonderful support during placements too, in case you need further help. They are very patient, knowledgeable, skilled and reply asap so you feel supported at any time.
Every time I am in the office for training I can say I feel very well welcomed by the entire team and this is such a positive environment where you truly feel valued!

The trainers and staff are incredible. They were very accommodating and patient with all the questions we were asking. They made me feel comfortable. I walked out of the training center in the afternoon feeling confident that I would be able to do what is needed for at my first placement. Amazing.

The training I received from Constantia Care has been outstanding, both the online and face to face trainings. It's been quite intensive and very educational. I've had other trainings in care but this training has been above aboard.

It was warm and friendly environment to train without pressure distracting me. The instructions were precise and I got to perform all of the tasks thoroughly whilst asking questions about any uncertainties. There were clear answers for the questions that I had.

Helen was her normal, friendly, patient organised self, doing what she does best, training and retraining, which is the lifeblood of any company.
Over and above the fact that she’s fully conversant with her training program she is also very patient with the trainees which adds to her affability.
It is obviously very important for us carers to be given refresher training and kept up to date with modern trends as this will contribute to the success of the Company.

very good care provider for both my parents - live in carers provided for past 2 years. They do change out - but you get notice and choice of replacements. The folk provided to date were all truly dedicated to caring. Pete

My experience was wonderful, training was in a calm friendly environment, which made training fun and enjoyable.

We recently used Constantia Care to provide a live-in carer for our father whilst our mum was away for a few days. The care he received during this time was outstanding. The compassion, attention to detail and level of general care given was explempery and surpassed our experiences with all other care providers used previously. The fact that our dad was being cared for to such a high standard gave my siblings and I great reassurance in our mum's absence.

We have used Constantia Care a few times now for our father who has advanced dementia, and we have always been extremely pleased with the high level of service we have received. Joe was amazing with dad - very caring and professional and went over and above to ensure our dad was well looked after. Our dad is at a very vulnerable stage in his life, but Joe constantly gave us reassuring updates and maintained the highest level of care throughout. We would recommend this company to anyone seeking a live-in carer for their loved one - and after having a few mishaps with other companies in the past, we finally feel our dad is in the safest possible hands.

We employed the agency for 6 months during 2018. We made it clear at the initial interview that long term care was required and that consistancy (ie same carer) was essential.
Carers sent were generally very good but instead of remaining long term they changed every few weeks as were either going back to South Africa for holidays or had other commitments. We subsequently learned that the carers working for this agency are self employed and the longest contract they can be given is for 6 weeks at a time. ..also that many self employed carers work for several different agencies as well as doing private work. Despite many promises we never did achieve consistancy of care (even after agreeing to have a rotation of 2-3 carers who would be permanent ) and the constant change of carers was incredibly unsettling and time consuming. In addition we were sent accounts intended for other clients on 2 occasions as well as being sent incorrect accounts.
We eventually gave up and opted for employing privately
I initially recommended the agency to many friends/family/colleagues etc on the basis of the standard of their carers but I would not do so in future (other than if a short term placement is required) as the coordination left a lot to be desired ( even the carers themselves attested to this).
