Convera has been an exceptional platform for managing international payments and currency exchange. Their user-friendly interface and competitive exchange rates make cross-border transactions seamless and efficient. We have a great experience with Convera and Richard Taylor is amazing. He is always there and eager to help. He is a great asset to Convera. No matter when we have an issue, we can call on him, and he will get back with us in a very timely manner. When things dont flow thru or get hung up for any reason, cuatomer service has been great!!

What can I say? This company rocks with Customer Service. They provide excellent customer service and problem solving. Quick response and turn-around time. I think without them --my job would be difficult.

Highly reccomend Convera if you are business who makes regular currency payments and who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy organisation to act on your behalf. Staff are highly skilled, receptive, and always act in your business's best interests. In my experience these are the best company with good competitive exchange rates.

A good system to use for transferring payments to overseas suppliers. The technical support, when required, has been available quickly and solutions offered.
Customer support is always first class.

I sent an international wire transfer that was rejected by the receiving bank and the funds were sent back to Convera the next day. Convera did not notify me that the funds were sent back. I started an inquiry about my funds when I was notified by the receiving bank that my funds were sent back to Convera. Long story short, Convera had my money for almost a month and did not care to notify me that the wire was rejected. By the time they finally sent my money back to me, they helped themselves to several hundred dollars in exchange rate difference. They made money on my money for a month AND they kept over $1300 due to difference in exchange rate. Unreal. Do not use them.

I am unsure why others have issues with Convera. Through the years, pre- and now- Convera, I have had excellent service and professional, timely results with Convera. Reluctantly, on occasion, I have to use RBC's service which is adequate however I would only use that as a last resort. Any issues I have had have been quickly resolved with Convera and my main contact there (Rick) and I woudl not hesitate to recommend them. From straight transfers to futures/forwards they are my "go to" supplier. Very pleased with their staff and results.

We have been a Western Union customer for a number of years and have explored other platforms to take advantage of better rates.
However, since the acquisition of WU by Convera, our account manager Ms Claire Knowles has always kept us informed of upcoming rate activity and provided expert advice without any added pressure towards decision making. I think it is important to mention that Claire and Convera communicate at the rights times which we feel is a good balance.

The Convera Edge platform is user friendly and the support from Claire is always there when required, particularly when setting up new supplier bank details on occasions.

We are also very grateful for event invitations where we have met with the Convera team to discuss future business activities. These were very well organised and managed by Michelle Baker.
