Alicea had been responsive solicitor, must give her credit for that, and I had a valuable advise from her that helped me to save 1k when selling my leasehold flat. However, if you're looking for efficiency and timely responses you must be ready to chase everyone to get the enquiries answered for your solicitor or you might be in waiting for few extra months from projected completion.

Thorough, Professional & Easy to Deal With
We recently completed a property purchase and Alicea McLellan was our Conveyancer.
Throughout the whole transaction (which included a complicated chain) she was very thorough & professional. She kept our best interests at heart, was very easy to get hold of and was genuinely very pleasant to deal with.
We have used various other firms for conveyancing over the years but have never received the kind of professional experience that we received from Alicea & the team at Roberts Crossley, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody in need of legal services.

We had a long and protracted sale, that took much longer than we'd hoped, but it was through no fault of Alicea, who was a star throughout. She was responsive, helpful, and willing to chase after various moving parts to try and get our purchase over the line. All and all, it was night and day compared to our previous experience of conveyancing. She made what was an otherwise fairly stressful experience much more manageable. Thank you Alicea!
