Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers Avis 

Unfortunately due to the inadequacy of Conveyancing direct I lost out on my dream flat after 10 months wasted time. Offer accepted December 2025 and 10 months later the seller has pulled out of the sale and it's fallen through. I can't entirely blame conveyancing direct but the impression I have is not a good one. I can't recommend this company to anyone as a first time buyer myself, avoid, unless additional stress on what is likely your biggest expenditure is something you want to have to deal with.

Dominique was brilliant from the minute I spoke to her. there was a couple of bumps on the way when I phoned or emailed to ask what was needed Dominique was always pleasant and nothing was to much trouble

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish, the service I received was excellent, and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. A special mention has to go to Tom McLaren, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Tom was always there to help with emails and phone calls, answer any questions I had, and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also a massive help with getting all the necessary documents sorted and making sure everything was completed correctly. Tom was friendly, approachable and quick to respond, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Terrible. Do not use. It's been 6 months and still not got my flat. I keep finding mistakes in my solicitors emails like he's not even paying attention. I had to explain to him that lease holders don't need building insurance. Based on my experience I can only assume they are a bunch of amateurs. Avoid at all cost!
