I ordered a water bottle and it arrived with a dent on the bottom outer rim so that it won't stand on its own and the lid is so difficult to screw on that it can't be used as a bottle to travel with me outside the home. I was unable yo connect with a non bot to discuss and or resolve these issues.

After two good purchases, I attempted to buy two of their pitchers. The order was processed quickly, and a shipping label was created. However, no shipment was ever picked up nor delivered. I went round and round with their "support" team. At one point, I was informed that for some reason the shipment was canceled by the carrier. As a result, they would issue a partial refund and reship.
No new shipping label was created, and no partial refund was issued.
I filed for a refund with whom I used to make the payment. After the investigation, I received a full refund.
The "support" department, all of whom are named Ronn, are either lazy, a robot, or are outright incompetent.
Looking around, I also discovered that they always advertise their products being on sale. In reality, the sale price is the same as what you can find elsewhere.

Ordered 3 water bottles from them and they only sent 2 water bottles and they initial responded to me when i emailed the problem and they requested picture of the package, now they have ghosted me and not responding so I have to file with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I foolishly purchased a pitcher and some bottles, not realizing the potential for toxicity. You really MUST make sure that the water does not stay in the bottle/pitcher for too long. And what that safe period of time is, is questionable. I asked them about it, hesitantly said “I’ll try it”, which unknowingly prohibited me from returning it.

Customer service was responsive (usually after 24 hours) but wasn’t really clear about some important “specifics” like, I have to pay the return shipping of the unopened water bottles. Not cheap. Although they did send a return label, return shipping costs will get deducted from my refund. And everything you return MUST be unopened. Risky to do business with this company even though the products are beautiful. Are they safe though? I’m not so sure..

Placed my first order for 2 tongue scrapers and a bottle. Took two weeks to arrive and when it did, there was no bottle, only the tongue scrapers. They told me their fulfillment team did indeed mail the bottle, so I sent them the picture of the packaging, shipping box, which was small. Only large enough to contain the scrapers. I am awaiting a response at this point. After waiting 5 days for a response, they issued a refund for the bottle.
