Wow, tried to sign up and they wouldn’t even let me access it, no reason. Said I should have received and email, nothing not in spam etc. tried to speak to “support” they took 30mins to then tell me I should email my identification to them, yeah ok thanks. Was told they have deleted my count but we will see.

I won £1150 across 3 different games. I withdrew £800 and I got an email saying it was approved but the money never paid into my account. I withdrew £159 but no approval email came through for that one. £200 balance is left on the account. They booted me off my account with no access but I could tell something was up before that so I made sure to screenshot everything. They say they can decline payment for any reason. So they have said they won’t pay it due to a security check which they have no intention of completing. Their email function on their website doesn’t work and neither does the phone number so I will have to go straight to resolver to see if my money can be recovered. How these guys have a licence is beyond me.
