We had a great day
We had a great day. The lounge was well decorated, there was plenty of food and drink, however it felt unorganised from the start. The schedule and opening times were different. There was a long wait to get into the lounge. Although the staff were nice they did not appear to be trained, they weren’t aware of where things were and when things were happening.
There were no dietary alternatives such as gluten free or lactose intolerance which we specified on the form. Therefore, lunch and afternoon tea were very limited

We're very sorry, however, that the organisation at the start of the day didn't meet your expectations. The confusion around the schedule, the delay entering the lounge and the lack of clear information from our team are not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
We're especially disappointed to hear that your dietary requirements were not properly discussed with you by the catering team as there was the correct measures in place to ensure these dietaries would be able to be catered for.
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, and we'd like to sincerely apologise. This is something we take seriously, and your comments will be shared with both our operations and catering teams to help ensure better planning and communication at future events.

Exceptional service
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the support I’ve received from all the staff at Corinthian Sports have been very supportive from start to finish. Especially thanks to Euan who also helped out when I got be displaced on my way to the venue from up North. I was welcomed and well looked after by all the staff at the Pegasus lounge, that was well ventilated on a much needed hot summer day. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Looking forward to next year’s event.

Nice but industrial scale
Staff were attentive and friendly and the presenters were entertaining but the room was just too big. Food and drink were fine but self service mealtimes felt a bit like school dinners with long queues. Table service would be nicer. The whole thing felt a bit industrial at this scale.

Hospitality experience
The staff and all the the team looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting was lovely
With views over the track and access to a grandstand was amazing. The food and drinks were very welcome as you did not have to go searching for refreshments.

This facility although it was very nice, and the guest speakers where good, I am afraid it can't hold a candle to the Octane terrace where I spent 2 days, and if you consider that the Octane terrace was a fraction of the price, I know where I will be going in the future.

Great lounge with excellent track views…
Great lounge with excellent track views as a result of both the terrance and the Silverstone Six grandstand access. Food very good and plenty of drink. Martin Brundle as guest speaker was excellent. Would be 5* if it has stayed open for the full day (F1 Academy race was 6pm-6:30pm), but it shut too early.

I had an absolutely fantastic time with these guys
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Corinthian Sports at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Saturday.
I attended with my son and daughter, and we all had a brilliant day from start to finish. Everything was extremely well organised, the communication was excellent, and the whole experience felt seamless and very professionally handled.
A special mention must go to Ruairi Lynch, who was superb throughout. He was helpful, responsive, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. It makes such a difference dealing with someone who clearly cares about the customer experience.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Ruairi and Corinthian Sports to anyone looking to attend a premium sporting event.
Thanks again for a memorable day.
