Beautifully made, homemade scones. Great choice of hampers. Easy to order online. Everything packaged very well & received in one piece & on time. Great communication on delivery.

We are a small family business set in the Cornish countryside. Our delicious hampers and gifts are full of our freshly baked, handmade, Cornish treats. Dissapointing

Could do better …
The scones and accompaniments looked ok.
I had bought them for gifting.
The presentation was very disappointing- products were wrapped in green bubble wrap inside a battered brown packing box covered in postage labels.

I'm really sorry to hear that your parcel was damaged. It's very frustrating when things out of our control go wrong. We are a small family business and work very hard to make sure that everyone has a great experience with us. So, if you had dropped us an email we would have done everything that we could to help.
We are very environmentally conscious, so all of our products come in cardboard boxes lined with biodegradable bubble wrap and tissue paper, unless it is ordered as a hamper, in which case it will come in a seagrass hamper basket.
I really hope that this experience hasn't put you off using us again in the future. Please rest assured that if any problems occur, we will always go above and beyond to put them right.

I ordered for my Brother’s Birthday…
I ordered for my Brother’s Birthday gift, there was a delivery problem but this lovely company re sent another parcel and have been very obliging throughout, helping to solve the delivery problem. The original parcel had been delivered to the wrong address, turned up in the end.
I have ordered from them in the past, always had excellent service for delicious foods.

Please could you get in touch, I can't find any orders from you on our system, we also have not received any emails from you, so if you have had a problem and received a refund, I think you may have ordered from someone else, not us! Please get in touch so we can get to the bottom of this. if you have ordered from somewhere else please could you remove this review? fabulous company with great scones!
I've ordered twice from this company as so easy and professional to deal with. I've been told the scones are amazing and it all gets delivered looking fabulous.
Very impressed as with latest order I had to ask for some customer support regarding delivery date and they came back straight away and so accommodating. Such great service from a super little company that connects so much with their customers.

Fantastic gift idea.
Ease of ordering on the website, efficiency of delivering on date requested and as always the value for money and deliciousness in whatever package is ordered. On one occasion ordering from Spain I had a problem with the payment but a telephone call was all it took to sort out the problem. I cant recommend enough the Cornish Scone company a fantastic way of sending such a wonderful gift or surprise to our loved ones and friends.
