Appointments are booked for nothing
They don’t seem to respect appointment times. I had an appointment scheduled at 18:00. At 18:05, a woman arrived whose appointment was actually at 17:45, but she was late. The receptionist told her she would be next.
When the previous patients left around 18:20, the receptionist called this woman in. I explained that my appointment was at 18:00 and therefore I should be next. However, the receptionist insisted that because her appointment was originally scheduled for 17:45, she should go in before me — even though she arrived late.
What is the point of having appointments if they don’t respect the scheduled times? If someone arrives late, it shouldn’t affect other patients who were on time.
