I had been let down by another company for a gaming bed. My son had saved up and was desperately waiting for it and had planned his first sleepover. I contacted Cosy Bunks and Elliott was amazing. He pulled out all the stops and managed to get me a delivery within 2 weeks. The bed was delivered today around 8am and fitted. The guys were great and the bed looks amazing (small double Trasman Pod) can’t wait for my son to come home from school today and see it. Well done Cosy Bunks!

Fast delivery and a beautiful bed, my little girl is over the moon, my husband managed to put the bed together by himself even though afterwards we realised it stated two people. So it was easy enough do and instructions were clear. Feels sturdy so I’m hoping it’s durable as it feels and will last my little one a long time.

Due to a problem with dispatching the bed arrived 5 days later than I anticipated, however I was kept informed of the delay by email.
The bunk beds are excellent quality and were straightforward to assemble, no bolts!
I will be purchasing another set of bunk beds shortly.

Ordered without a problem until I made a mistake on the number of beds I wanted....quickly sorted by e-mail after the phone lines had closed,and money re-paid to me. Bed not put up yet, but will do another review on that if I can.

Quality service - good website, easy to order, the bed arrived three days after my order. It was relatively easy to assemble and is a great quality bunk bed. My daughters are very happy!
