I recently ordered a number of shirts, some black, some white nice tshirts. I recently wore a black one only to notice that the stitching in the front neck area was coming lose. It was about 2. Inches long, and looked like if you pulled on it, It would completely unravel.
I emailed the company and after being passed around, I was asked how I washed it. I said gentle and delicate. I was informed that it should be hand washed…..that was the basic response. When asked if they were going to STAND BEHIND THE SHIRT AND replace the shirt, it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I guess they are good shirt to wear once. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. IT’S NOT THE MONEY, JUST REALLY POOR SERVICE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER PRODUCTS OUT THERE TO BUY.

Awful store, ordered 12 polos and 3 t shirts they sent me 3 t shirts. The incorrect colors and no polo shirts. I asked about the delivery of the polo shirts and told them about the incorrect color of the T shirts. Nothing but a head ache. Terrible store to buy from. I’m not a complainer in a public forum but people need to be aware this place sucks.

Poor Quality & from long delivery. The two mock neck T shirts took forever to arrive. Loved the fit and comfort, but everytime I wear it small holes appear randomly in the shirt (not a long the seams) Material although comfortable isnof poor quality.

They Suck. Returned items 45 days ago and still no refund

I ordered a 3 pack of tee shirts back in November 2025. I was told the shirts were on back order in January 2026. I received 2 out of 3 shirts and I emailed them 4 times with one response saying they will get back to me. It now March 28th 2026 and I have not heard back or received an refund. Never again!

I ordered a shirt 3 pack in Dec '25.
One shirt arrived and a note saying the other 2 were backordered.
I waited 2 months and then started emailing asking for my missing 2 shirts or refund me the difference. Customer Service people are very nice and say they will send note to their "back office". I've written 4 emails and gotten the same response. It is now entering the 4th month and no shirts and no refund!!!!!

I would give it negative stars if I could. Ordered, sent wrong items, returned them and after 7 weeks received only one of the three shirts I had ordered and paid for. I believe the service is AI generated as it really is bad. No empathy. Stay away....

i placed an order for 5 shirts all in medium and received them in about 6 days and i opened 1 shirt and wore it ...the size medium was good so long as it does not shrink...they claim their shirts are pre-shrunk but i know for a fact that does not mean anything in reality, so i washed the one shirt and it did shrink by about 10% (we followed their wash/care instructions exactly as instructed) so then it was too tight and i knew that i needed to order the next size up....i did not ask for a refund or exchange on the 1 shirt i opened and shrunk a bit...i will give that to one of my nephews...i did ask them to exchange the other 4 shirts size medium for 4 large and after numerous emails 5 days later they sent the return label and i shipped them back and they received Feb 27th and i have exchanged 6 more emails with them asking where my 4 replacement shirts are in size large and 2 weeks ago one email said they were shipped then i asked for tracking and another reply was that they did not ship yet and a different reply said they are out of stock...i had 8 more shirts held in my cart to purchase more once i knew what the best size is and of course i will cancel that....3 weeks since they received my return and still nothing...and almost 5 total weeks since the initial order ...THEY ARE DEFINITELY ONLINE SCAMMERS with no physical address and no phone number listed....just BS AI email responses

Co thirty six is always spot on! It’s the only shirts I wear these days I can’t go back to my old stuff. The clothing quality is great and makes it super comfortable to wear, I just keep coming back for more.
Also their delivery service is always so quick so I know that when I’m going away and need to stock up on fresh tees I can order right before and I will come in time.
(Customer service is super easy to talk to when I had an issue once and they corrected it right away)

I have been wearing co36 for a while now and each product they come out with is better than the next. They launched there evo pants a few months ago I haven’t taken them off since I got them best pants hands down.

Own two pairs of pants from them, the 5 pocket and the joggers and I’m obsessed. Same quality if not better then lululemon and much more affordable.

Season after season I keep going back to Co36 for my husband. He has a busy job and needs an easy outfit to throw on and still look neat! My personal favorite is the co polo and the joggers. He’s on his 12th shirt from them😅
This brand is his wardrobe staple!

Buyers beware! Do not order from this company! They do not fill orders and have an AI customer service email reply that does nothing. I placed an order in Nov 2025 and still waiting! This company is a scam!

Company strung me out waiting on delivery, they did not provide updates and ghosted me when I wanted to cancel. Son of a Tailor has an excellent alternative and they were great to work with.

I ordered Mock Neck Tee Shirts in early January, size L. I returned them in mid January for an exchange to size M. They received the returns and claimed they were out of stock in size M but would ship ASAP. I have not received them and it's been over 30 days. I just noticed they are offering Mock Necks for sale size M. DO NOT BUY from this company.

worst customer ever....they just steal your money
