Cottage Care Avis 12

We've used Cottage Care for a couple years now. I've been happy with their service & house cleaners. But the last two times, Kayla has been our provider! Kayla is superb! She works hard and fast, and doesn't miss anything. Those house cleaners we've had have all been good at their work, but Kayla is just exceptional! Sharon

I had my home cleaned in Chestermere and it was amazing. I have an injury that prevents me from being able to clean. Our cleaner was so thorough and did so many little extras. I will definitely use Cottage Care again.

My experience with Cottage Care has always been positive. They have an extensive checklist of items that they follow to clean and they do each and every item. My cleaning lady, Jaden, is thorough, detail oriented, misses nothing, and leaves my home looking immaculate. I recommend using their services and you too will be saying the same positive things I have posted.

Mickey is always professional and does an amazing job. She is friendly and always happy and I look forward to her visits and love the way my apartment looks when she is done.

We have enjoyed the work given to us each month. Thalia was our provider earlier this week. She is a jewel. She was polite, interested in our preferences, and quietly went to work. My husband and I were comfortable with her in our home and able to carry on with our work and activities. She did a wonderful job. Our home looked and smelled wonderful.

All of the providers that Cottage Care has sent out have been good. They are professional and they do a great job of supplementing our efforts.

Cottage Care is a great name for the cleaning they perform…everything they touched they did so as if it were their own! Very thorough. Very polite! Things were replaced in their original spots after dusting, I was unable to find anywhere they missed or cleaned poorly. They easily accommodated my schedule; and their pricing was very fair. Reviews always sound like plug for the company or a warning of impending disaster. Cottage Care is well run and so pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable cleaning service. (In fact I think I just did!!!)

We've had the benefit of having been one of their clients in Lexington, SC for over 4 years now and can't say how extremely satisfied we are with their services. Their prices are very competitive and when we first began having our house cleaned they sent a small number of individuals to our home, but after that Charlotte was assigned to clean by herself. She is a very polite, sweet, hard-working meticulous lady who pays attention to any special instructions we may ask of her. After she is done there is no place in our home that is not clean. With Cottage Care you can select additional services on an a la carte basis for extra fees. We can always depend upon Sharla to make sure that she did a cleaning service that totally exceeds our expectations. At times she will bring a second person to train as she's cleaning and our house gets done in half the time. Sharla even talks to our birds and one of them loves her so much that she talks back to her and if I'm playing with the birds in their room and her vehicle arrives I'll tell my bird "Sharla's here!" and my bird will lift up her head and get all excited to see her. I'm stating this because I want everyone to know that not only does Sharla respect your property but also your pets. We've had many other house cleaning services before and they were very careless, always went too fast and broke things but we've had no problems with Cottage Care. We once went on an extended vacation and we left our house key with the company and Sharla came in and cleaned while we were away and we were overjoyed when we arrived back to find our home in spotless condition. The only issue I have is that once they moved her time to come from the morning to the afternoon and they hadn't notified us and we had made important appointments in the afternoon, so a little bit of miscommunications on their part but other than that we're going to remain loyal customers to Cottage Care, especially if we still have Sharla asssigned to us.
