These guys are amazing! They have done amazing work on my 2013 avenger and my 1998 firebird! I fully trust these guys and their pricing is really fair! I look forward to future repairs on both my cars with them! I highly recommend these guys to any and everyone!

I have never had such a bad experience in my life!!! Some of the rudist people i have encountered in a while. I wouldn't refer anyone here off of poor customer service alone.
Not only was i being over charged for lack of work there of and i was willing to pay something just not a full fee for practically nothing, i was put out of your establishment and had to wait outside very unprofessional you all got very personal. I was still going to use your service for other repairs but that will never happen. I hope that you provide your employees with the customer service training that they strongly need! BOTTOM LINE the lady was very rude and Unprofessional. I was told to get out and make sure i remove my vehicle or you all would have it towed.As far as the kid from autozone i got more information from than i did your 20 year tech. Very clear on the procedures and cost. Full transmission rebuild was done in less than a week. Great business, highly recommend.

Service was outstanding. Follow up has been good. Currently we are on the road, the engine has started the shifting/rev activity again. Right now because we are so far away from Columbia (Harrisonburg VA) we stopped at the local AAMCO who seems to have further identified another issue. Probably not foreseen by the Cottman group. The team in Columbia did their best
to get us in a service center near by, however we were still an hour and a half away from the one Cottman reserved when the check engine light came on again.

Did what was promised on time and at the price agreed upon. Everything is working great. Thanks.

When our '07 Toyota Sequoia started having transmission troubles, we brought it to Cottmans, because of the excellent reviews. Problems were assessed and solved in a timely manner. I checked around for comparison prices on the work needed to be done, and theirs was fair. More importantly the staff, Daniel imparticularly, was very informative and did not make us feel like we were being ripped off. The next time we have transmission troubles, Cottman's will get the call!

I took my truck in for a diagnostic test because the transmission was Slipping in 2nd and 3rd gear. I paid 100 bucks and got it back to find out what’s wrong with it and they told me the transmission was shot. They needed to take the transmission out for a complete diagnostic To tell me what exactly was wrong with it which would be a additional $500 I declined on the offer. But they were friendly and gave me Price ranges on how I should build my trans for the every day work I do with my truck.

Great people, great customer service. Fast service. Friendly, kept me updated on all what's going on with your Vehicle. Was out and back on the road within an hour or so. Will definitely be back for my auto care for my 2010 Ford Mustang

Long Distance Excellence!! We were traveling to Kentucky in June 2018 and our transmission blew out about 40 miles from Cottman. We found them on the internet and our tow driver took the vehicle straight there. They had already closed, but we had been talking with them on the phone before we got there. We dropped the car off, left the keys in their drop box and headed on to Kentucky. The next day, we got a call on what they would do and when we could get the car back. Everything went so smoothly...would HIGHLY recommend using Cottman of Columbia!!
